oh yes, he did well for his people and 200 billion times more for himself. Read mon ami

In case you don't want to read the full article, some highlights:

- Qaddafi Was Worth More Than $200 Billion By Far The Richest Person In The World

- Muammar Qaddafi was three times as rich as Carlos Slim and ten times richer than King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia — easily the richest man in the world.

- How did he get so rich?
"King of Kings" Qaddafi had uncontested personal control over the largest oil reserves in Africa for the past 41 years.

-Unlike Abdullah and other oil-rich leaders, Qaddafi invested little money in national infrastructure like schools and hospitals or any kind of economic diversification. What money Qaddafi did spend went largely to buy support from African leaders.

- While much of this money was held by government institutions like the Central Bank of Libya and the Libyan Investment Authority, Qaddafi was able to withdraw money at will.

Lie Lie lie lie!!!!! And how do you know he didn't invest in his people? All you listed above, you did not dispute them in previous post you just said they are not basis to measure a good leader blah blah blah and what not. You really haven't been to Libya before the war have you? NO? SHUT UP?

america has not won the war in libya - in the last 10 years america has never succeeded in defeating any country that it has tried to occupy - it is only adept at dropping bombs from 10,000 feet on innocent civillians - imagine a tiny nation of 6 million people defying the might of 40 european nations together with america, canada, austrialia and new zealand and STILL STANDING STRONG AFTER EIGHT MONTHS - not one of these cowards could endure what the valiant and courageous people of libya have withstood for the past eight months - another thing to note is that many of the valiant and courageous soldiers fighting to expel these NATO vampires and their accomplices are black libyans.

If - let me say it again - IF brother leader Muammar Qadaffi is indeed dead may his soul rest in perfect peace long with his courageous son Muattasim Billal Qadaffi. to the NATO vampires i say may you rot in hell forever - YOUR DAY OF RECKONING IS FAST APPROACHING YOU ARE A SCOURGE ON HUMANITY AND YOU ARE ACCELERATING THE COMPLETE ANNIHILATION OF HUMANITY AS WE KNOW IT!!!
