Actually,I won't need to write IELTS or PTE.coventry london gave me an offer without a condition to write IELTS and UEA said they can waive it.

Tomorrow is 27th May, 2015. 3 months from that date is 27th Aug, 2015. I don't think he can apply for visa yet unless his course starts on or before 27th Aug, 2015 (3 months before course begins).

The reply he gave you matters most as you will be automatically denied if you apply more than 3 months before your course start date.

Yes. Just make sure your application date is not further than 3 months from the school resumption date

Pls can one secure a postgraduate admission in Europe, not just UK without writing IELTS and the likes... (SAT , TOEFL etc).

of course yes.....u Jst av to look dem up on net...Buh in my opinion...y not Jst take d Ielts...a vast majority of scholarships for international students require dat test as a must av.....

Now my course starts September and she said i cant apply for a visa now? That its too early? She said month end? How so is this?

Second question is when i get the visa, can i travel immediately?

You can only apply a maximum of three months before your course starts.
You can not enter the UK untill close to the start of your course check the UK website, or someone will tell us how long.

You will need more than a miracle to secure funding at this time, it's rather late as all scholarship in that school has been concluded (o
to the best of my knowledge). More over, most scholarships in the school are merit based, meaning nothing for 2:2.

@spikesC, I am not using my parents account but my own account, do I still need birth Certificate becos I don't have it; and what other documents of print outs are you talking about?
