more work is being done on the fence, fortifying it by adding concrete pillars and a straight running concrete beam to maintain stability.

More work as we board the foundation, casting of the German floor starts by tomorrow morning. We are planning to use concrete mixer as labour to pour this one, the landlord really want top quality.

spyder880:Hey Spyder, don't you think it will be better to allow the filling/watered sand to sink more for at least another day or two? In some case, some people even wait for it to get it's first rain if during raining season. |

prince_onx: Thank you prince, but remember we started watering the first set of rooms since last Friday/Saturday. Those ones are already 4 days watered if we pour by tomorrow. Others were watered yesterday and the rest watered today, we intend to start tomorrow from those watered on Saturday and progress from there. Getting the first rain? na person wey no get money to build dey talk say make rain soak block first (joking of course)  |

Spyder880, won't you "top-up" the foundation sand filling with sharp sand? or its not necessary? Am use to using sharp sand as the last layer of sand before German floor casting. What do you think? Well done. |
