Was it heavy with clots and cramping? Did you overworked yourself? Have you seen a doctor? It could be implantation bleeding cos it commonly happen at 8weeks, just give yourself bedrest, take a lot of water and see your doc tomorrow. You can also request for a scan.

Chai those changes that occurs in a woman's body after delivery is constant whether is vd or cs. Thank God for padded bras that is helping the ministry of fallen Olympus .

Some people testify of their tommy going back to pre pregnancy state but even at that, a tommy that has carried a baby will definitely not be as firm as it was before.

Unlike before pregnancy when you could hold your tommy in and still look very smart in that very tight dress I doubt it will be the same post delivery.

For cs, that thing is a life saver. In my case, while I was still contracting in the labour room with no way forward, my mum was already crying her eyes outside that if I can't do it myself they should help me. When the doctor finally decided that I go in for cs it was an answered prayer for my mum. Truth is I don't regret going that route and I might go for it again cos I think am more scared of the cut/stitching I might get down below than incision because, in the latter case I won't feel the immediate pain.

Not at all ma. It is implantation bleeding. Baby is very very fine.

Hospitals hardly give drugs with the pack these days to avoid self-medication. What I normally do is I ask them what's this drug for before I take it or you can check the tablet to see if the name is there cos they abbreviate it or sometimes they just write company's name or mg.

First of all I think it's safer to ask the name at the hospital to be sure of what you are swallowing. Secondly, I think those tablets look like my calcium pills.
I could be wrong though but they look alike.

I asked but they said its routine drug.

Please next time ask questions when they give you drugs. If they refuse to tell you, ask your doctor and insist to know.

I'm still vexing for my hospital self, why will they gimme TT injection when I never register for antenatal. I've used ice block, applied diclofenac gel but is as if someone broke my bone

That's how I couldn't sleep on Monday night, was having serious tummy pains that sleeping on my left was war. Hubby had to rush me to hospital the next day cos I was moaning crying. They did scan that I didn't plan to do yet, told me everything is fine and my baby's heartbeat was normal. That's singleton(and my tummy is already this big as if I'm 4mths gone). They didn't see any other thing cos I did abdominopelvic scan. They sent me to do malaria and infection test, hubby left. That's how I was jejely waiting for the result when the woman that sells moi moi came, I bought #300 own(3plates),poured it inside the jollof rice with turkey I came with and wolfly downloaded everything and used coke to settle it down.
No!! I wasn't feeling nauseous or anything close to it oo, I was just feeling myself and enjoying hospital ac. That's how this cleaner from no where decided to come and do her duty with water blessed with Izal and the smell was terrible. I tried controlling myself cos the food never do the work finish but NO my Henemies refused to lemme be, they gathered together against me, gnashing their teeth at me. I rushed outside and vomited my #300 moi moi and rice wey never digest E no even stop there make I manage, when I entered inside, my tummy started rumbling, I went to the toilet in the reception(I for kukuma respect myself go up), finally my henemies had the last laugh cos the poop was singing a whole new song to the extent that the lady at the reception desk told me "Mrs F, ijikwana nsị gbaria toilet a oo, jiri nwayọọ". Embarrassment killed me, I feigned sickness that they gave me bed join, hubby even came to take me home and I didn't tell him what happened, and ehn!! they gave me TT injection that I didn't ask them for and my hand still dy pain me reach now.

For me, sexx was mostly always painful cos I was very tight down there. After my first child via CS, it remained tight but I guess after childbirth I lost most of my inhibitions and I was able to relax and enjoy sex. After my second child via VBAC, I was less tight but not loose. At first it was painful cos of the epi but soon I got very comfy. I would say that I like where I am right now. Tight enough to not be painful.
But by looking, nothing changes. Except for the breast and the nips that remain tougher (2 babies nibbled on it for approximately 3 years, e reach to strong ), the belly that got loose and flabby (I'm a lazy person), the stretch marks here and there, the fierceness that comes with motherhood. Nothing really changes.
Although it's quite okay to feel so different and have a feeling you won't ever be the same: you won't. You're somebody's mother now. Your sex life will suffer mainly because you're tired most of the time, you stink from poo and pee, baby loves to act as birth control or you're overwhelmed with the whole thing,postpartum depression and most likely not because you're loose down there. .
