Thanks for your reply. My other observation is that I have not seen any colums or they will be planted later before casting the foundation since the building is going to be a duplex. Never mind my curiousty.

@ Segcy - the raft foundation for the fence - is that a 3- or 4-board raft?

@ Gobi - I was recently given a quotation of N1.3m for 3-board raft for the fencing of a standard plot (60ft x 120ft) with sandy soil at Lekki.

To the point of correction. plastering is not inclusive..Just frame structure which include- Complete raft foundation, column and suspended slab(otherwise known as decking) Column and roof beam and all block work with workmanship and labour...infact, it was my client that drawn my attention to d mistake because himself was on NL.----D designs is 4 Bedrm flat infront and 2 units of 2 bedrm at d back

Is this on a standard plot of land?
If yes, will there be space for packing, gate-house, ?boyz quarter

So, with 13 million naira I will get everything except plastering and furnishing right?

We carry out Surface treatment.How? Having through with d filling. enough water is being pour to let d fiiling settle. Thereafter, d thick polythene nylon in being spread all over d floor(this is neccessary to prevent moisture into d building) and blinding on top of nylon. (this is neccessary because iron must not touch d nylon). And finally, we placed iron to receive concrete with d ratio 1;2;4
