There is nothing, in this report, that directly indicts Madueke. It's one of such ambiguous write ups with "names witheld" signatures that filled Nigeria press. A report is indicting if Madueke gave the orders in contravention of subsisting superior orders,that's not inferential from this so called write up. Did the subsidy stuff start when Madueke assumed the position of Minister upon resignation of Lukman ? If the answer to this question is NO, then the appropriate person to be held accountable is Lukman if indeed there was such an order. If the answer is YES, then who authorized her to reinstate the subsidy?

This report would have been convincing had they sought presidency views that such orders were not given, then we can all scream blue murder and call for her sack. As it is, it nothing more than a beer parlour gossip?

If you must know, Occupy Nigeria protest WORKED in the North. The ones who failed to show up where the Southerners . . . please go back and check the image/video archives(preserved on both Nigerian and International media sites) to see evidence that thousands in the North came out to protest, some sleeping out in the open for nights, while so many more in the South(South West and East included) refused to show up, even after they were given the chance to.
