Kenya airways does not lodge passengers in hotel for all their overnight transits.

None of them does when you book a flight with a wide connecting hour's,but you can book a connecting flight with an hour or two waiting period,chances are you will miss your connecting flight in Nairobi due to non availability of aviation fuel in lagos which make Kenya goes to Cotonu to refuel and u will end up spending around 2hrs in cotonu and by the time you make the 5hrs flight to Nairobi your connecting flight must have gone then KQ will take care of your accommodation and feeding,but unfortunately you won't get much rest,as you arrive the hotel around 1am and leave around 4:30am

It is safe and awesome by night bus . Around R250to 350rand bus and some flights around 450 to 590
