as soon as yu open any site, yu will either see ' ENG, ENGLISH, INTERNATIONAL or BRITISH FLAG'.. It will redirect to to english site.

Your O level result(Certificate of results), some requires IELTS or If yu can get a letter from your school that the language of instruction in your school is ENGLISH LANGUAGE. Some also require dt yu av gained admission into university or av done university entrance exam like JAMB result, den, You are good to do. I'm eyeing Politecnico di Torino and others.

In Abuja, did you have to purchase WAEC Scratch card or you just submit your documents?
How many days and how much?
How much was paid in Abuja,, for translation and for DV?

Please i am not taking about VISA now, just DV.
