My point here is that the very respected Bar, should focus his energy on the Agency that implemented this rule that most of us here feel is outdated or needed amending rather than seeking to know the VIP. Bar please let the implementing Agency meet you in court. If the Bar carry the day at the court, the agency will henceforth govern itself appropriately when it comes to VIP movement.
