Please is there any solution for this problem? Can I unlock it or have the imei changed? I can't return the phone because the cost of shipping it back is very high.

If the imei was blacklisted then it was most likely reported stolen.

You can try to give someone to change the imei(can be hard and or costly), or resell it.

Hello house. Am using Techno H7. Presently I use airtel network to browse on it, but now I want to change to Etisalat network. I thought it will automatically configure the internet setting for me once I insert the etisalat sim, but it did not.

I've called the Etisalat Customer Care agents to see if they could be of help, but up till now none of them could be able to help. The only thing they told me was that my phone cannot be automatically configured, that they'll send in form of text message, how to manually configure it. Again none of them sent any message to me. The only messages I got were: You will receive setting shortly........... and, your case number so-so has been resolved.

Pls, can somebody help me with etisalat internet setting for Tecno H7? Thanks and God bless.

Evening gurus in the house! I need your help please. I have a Tecno droid 7c phone which I suppose supports OTG, as written on the package box. I just received an OTG cable delivery from Jumia today and on plugging it to the phone, nothing happened. I connected a USB flash modem(Glo Bolt) with memory card in it to the phone through the OTG cable, yet nothing happened. I went online to know what's happening, I came across USB OTG Checker, the results of the tests are the screenshots. Please what do I do? This is my first time to use the OTG. that must be a fake otg cable, look for one that has original otg cable e.g the one that comes with gionee m3 and test with it

Must be from their side if other messages go.
Instead of sending messages to 131 use the USSD code *123# instead.

What is the file extension of the file you want to send/receive?
Some OEMS do not allow the sending or receiving or files with certain file extensions, eg ppt (PowerPoint files), and HTC devices do not allow the sending or receiving of apks (android package files). You can bypass the restriction with root access.
Try to receive something like a jpg (picture file), tell me if you can receive that kind of file.
Or alternatively use WiFi direct, or a Wi-Fi sharing app like Zapya, Xender, Flash Share, etc.

Try clearing the data of the app.
Must be your network connection.
Try to use another ISP (network) or WiFi.
