A-times I don't even understand this country. Ondo, Oyo Lagos and Edo have so much deposit of bitumen, that cumulatively can make Nigeria the highest producer, yet we are still far behind in road construction.

What is the use of ministry of works, when they don't build roads and almost don't repair bad ones, instead they'll prefer giving contracts to do such for them.

Do you live in Ogun, that means Amosun was a TOTAL failure!

Yes I lived in Ogun state during Amosun tenure , it was the worst regime I have seen anywhere in Nigeria . The indigenes are so self minded and backward in terms of looking into government plans for them . They never criticize their Governors , but they can bad mouth other states , that's Ogun people for u , thank God I left

He should consult Engr. Dave Umahi Governor of Ebonyi State on how he fixed the worst roads in the state then...

The Governor doesn't have any incentive program for proper accountability on repairs and construction of roads in Ogun State then... He should proper used of the tax payers money from the industries in Ogun to get some major road fixed.

Can u believe that no single road project happened around Alagbado , akute , oke aro , matogun and ajuwen during his 8 yrs in office ? Lagos State did from Berger to Akute , Amosun couldn't continue his own part , then from akute in Ogun state u be looking at Berger Lagos State , but come and go , it will take u 3 hours again , for a 1kilometre journey

But talk about it , Ogun person will remind u how bad Aba roads are , I have been to the 2 places , these areas in mentioned in Ogun state has the worst roads in Nigeria , u can't compare with any roads in Africa as a whole , talk more of Abia state , try go Aba or Umuahia now and confirm

I left Ifo, the Abekoko Axis in 2019. My company has since relocated to Lagos. We pay local, state and even land use charge for our business, yet there is zero infrastructure. I pay over 100k monthly to pay provide my own security, and most of the time I always panic about driving from my house in Agege down there. I am yet to sell the factory because no serious buyer. I have since discouraged anyone wants to invest in Ogun never to ever go there.

Mr. Governor i am sorry to say that you are mad ooo. Why did you contest in the first place? SANGO to Idiroko is very bad and we should continue like that till 20 years. Sango to Ijoko down to Agbado ijaiye is worst than the road to hell, that one too should wait for 20 years abi?

But before election they can promise in one year, all roads will be tarred and watered. Go to Alagbole, Mowe, Ofada, Ifo, Sango, you will wonder if there is semblance of governance. Yet people will hail them unending. See the rubbish Amosu did for 8 years, yet he is still a Senator, sometimes you can not blame politicians for the foolishness of electorates.

Aba and umahia have far better roads than roads in matogun, alagbado , oke aro , ajuwon and akute combined , go and check . I ve been in the 2 states

Boss, I have a personal house in Matogun...I abandoned the house. I have used oke-aro/ajuwon/ etc to link Iju/Ogba and VI (where I work). I have used alagbado severally going to OTA. I lived at Alagbole and frequented Akute.

My point is, I know these environments like the back of my palms but those are the worst neglected parts of that state. In Abia, you cannot access my place except you detour through Akwa Ibom state. There is no sane road to Arochukwu except you pass through Akwa Ibom state (either Ikot Ekpene or Itumbunuzo (Off Bende). It is so bad that we don't fly through Owerri Airport any longer, we basically fly through Uyo and take cabs that take you through Uyo- Ikot - Ekpene - Arochukwu. Interestingly, the roads are good till you get to the boundary of Akwa Ibom and Arochukwu in Abia State.

As for Aba, after my last experience more than 6 years ago, I vowed to never revisit that town and I haven't. If i need anything from there, i place an order, pay and it is waybilled to me. If my folks want to see me, they either meet up in the village or come to Lagos. Aba is a No No.

That Ikpeazu is, aside from roads, owing teachers, civil servants, retirees, etc. He is absolutely good for nothing, trust me.

You are looking at the metropolitan city. Go to the hinterland. Even Abeokuta is paradise per their roads, but you cant say the same about the Alagbado, Akute, Alagbole, etc. The same about Aba and Umuahia. The towns will be decent, but try the hinterland. Both guvs are f.u.cked and those that vote for them are even more f.u.cked.

Not withstanding that The towns I mentioned has more landmass than leeki and co.

Abia own is just few part outskirt of aba
The whole location in Abia you talk about might be no more developed than Ketu-Alapere.
