I would buy it if I was going to turn it into a pure commercial venture. People are less likely to want to live in such a place but office space might be less stigmatized by the knowledge that it was the site of a grave.

On why people want to sell such a place, maybe they are tired of being associated with the place or maybe they hit hard times or are relocating abroad.

I'm not superstitious, so yeah!!!

I was not bouyant to develop it because of Projects including my personal property. All I did was let a family member live in the building free of charge. Then gave out the front yard (80 by 60) to a credible developer who built a mini-shopping Plaza (26 shops)

Few more years to go, full ownership of the shops will be back to me with steady rents flowing in.

It's a simple matter, the graves could be exhumed and transferred to graveyards or another place.

Stop selling ancestral family lands and houses, it's not good at all. Go out and hustle and make your own money. You can get a loan from banks to renovate your family properties and develop landed properties, then you rent it out tenants or lease to companies. I won't advise such unless in the thick mega cities like vi, ikoyi etc
