Yes oh. Baby is doing great. U r very correct oh. They specifically told d lady that they noticed some fraudulent notarised consent form. Thus d new development.

B4 now, in tucson, they accept any notarised consent form from naija. It was not compulsory u get it from d embassy.

raii:

I remember a few threada back some one saying a notarised consent from the embassy is needed. You cant even do it before the pikin comes cos d embassy official will stamp the date on it.

i saw that too. so does it mean both couples going still needs the consent form? so where would they get the form and also notarizing it since they are both in US? throw more florescent light..

If ur hubby will b there, u dnt need any consent form, he'll only sign d passport application forms.

Yes wakanow is reliable. I've used dem b4. All u hv 2 do is call dem wen u pay so dat dey'll process ur ticket on time

U should also call them to confirm the ticket itinerary before paying. Most times they call the customer themselves sha once u make any reservation.

Check travel.state.gov for further clarification.

Please help!! how would one get the Certified U.S. Birth Certificate (must meet all of the following requirements):

Issued by City, County, or State of birth
Lists bearer's full name, date of birth, and place of birth
Lists parent(s) full names
Has date filed with registrar's office (must be within one year of birth)
Has registrar's signature
Has embossed, impressed, or multicolored seal of registrar

For the baby's US passport?
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedure? by Olhar: 6:26pm On Oct 12, 2014
@Genomi
I got it for 31.29 per night but that's cos it's a big studio that can take upto 4 pple and has 2 double beds....cos my mum n little daughter will be with me....but the cheapest I think is 25.92 n it's just 6 mins drive to gwinnett n also very close to the city centre

Hi Phema, is elpaso not vbac friendly? Thought they were open to vbac just that they bill at a higher rate for vbac because they have to put emergency plans on standby. Plannning to use them later this year... Please do you know anyone who has used them for vbac before? Will appreciate any contacts' info. Thanks.
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedure? by Nita2013: 8:23pm On Oct 12, 2014
Once u av ur baby, MIHS registers the birth and someone would come meet you 24hrs after the birth to get all the details of ur child, the father and the mother. After that, on the 3rd day, you will go to vital records office to pick up the birth certificate but u must go with an I.D so as to identify you.

Hi all, I got into Elpaso yesterday using Houston as Poe. I flew United as earlier planned inspite of their seeming double faced position on the gestation age thing, I'm 33weeks plus. Only one guy at the initial check in counter asked to see my fit to fly letter and that was all. I thank God for smooth entry, cbp officer was brief and straight to the point, stamped me and my momma in for 6months after asking for my doc's appointment letter, receipts of any payments made and how much cash I had. Just to quickly emphasize to peeps planning to use in town suites, they really do not open their check in office on Sundays so if ure planning to come in on a Sunday, pls make alternative arrangements on where to stay for that night so you can then proceed to check into in town the next day. I've already met some NAija mums here and hopefully it's going to be smooth sailing from here on. Thanks to all who keep posting valuable info on the thread, may God continue to bless you all.

My fellow Nairalanders, seems every one is inclined towards el-paso,maybe i would just settle for there also for my wife since as i am looking at it alot of Naija peeps would be there and and i think association of awaiting mothers would be good there sef...at interview we stated we were going to new york, must we enter US via new york or we can fly directly to our destination...candid advice needed.
