Heart2heart:Bros you no try o, 4 kids at a time? That got me cracking. Please people should free to ask questions , We are one family and all of us were once novices. Veterans in phoenix should please give the detailed process. But from the little I know from friends who are presently in phoenix, you can travel to Tucson, AZ which is 2 hours away from Phoenix to obtain the American passport. The whole process takes less than a week. There after you can apply for baby's visa through https://www.swgloballlc.com/ earlier stated by @Princessmum or visit the closest Nigerian consular office for it. |

Freshface: Hi @Freshface Congrats on your smooth POE. Kindly explain how you were able to fly united in the end even though you were above the 32 week mark. Did they accept a fit to fly letter? I want to buy my ticket and they are the cheapest right now, but I plan to fly at 34 weeks. |

Hello all, pls new update as regards baby's US passport in phoenix. If u intend to go to Tucson for ur baby's US passport and ur hubby won't be with u, pls be aware that they don't accept just any notarized consent again in Tucson oh. D consent must be notarized by d US embassy. Thus this can only be done after d birth of d child. Someone went there last Monday and they collected all her documents but refused to issue d passport. This they said is been done cos they noticed some fraudulent things been done as per d consent letter. They went further to state that the embassy in naija would have to send d consent form via email or fax to them. They gave d lady that went d email address and a number to call afterwards and told her once they receive it, they would process d passport Pls note that this is applicable to Tucson passport center as post office still accepts any notarised consent form. Cheers |

bloggerina: From her previous posts, she was already in the US. She was supposed to use El Paso till she found out they are not so VBAC friendly and opted out. I hope she makes the right move at this critical stage of her pregnancy. |

Nita2013: I remember a few threada back some one saying a notarised consent from the embassy is needed. You cant even do it before the pikin comes cos d embassy official will stamp the date on it. |

Thanks for this piece of info Nita .how's the baby? Trust Naija world people to go and block the way for others....hiss .............. people can't just stick to instructions and do the honourable thing. I can imagine they must have found several fraudulently altered letters of consent. |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedure? by Heart2heart(m): 9:10am On Oct 12, 2014 |
i saw that too. so does it mean both couples going still needs the consent form? so where would they get the form and also notarizing it since they are both in US? throw more florescent light.. raii: |
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedure? by raii: 9:16am On Oct 12, 2014 |
Heart2heart: You would only need a consent form if one parent os absent. If both are with the baby they can apply with no wahala. |

Unscrupulous ones blocking other peoples' chances of success since 13 B.C We can't keep living out that naija stereotype. It is abysmally bad. |

Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedure? by kykes: 9:39am On Oct 12, 2014 |
pattyreal: You will only need a schengen visa if airfrance stops over in 2 schengen or more countries before heading to usa. If it's just one schegen country e.g France, u don't need a schengen visa. |
