Sorry jare, I once bought one Infinix, without knowing that it was Techno that rebranded to that name. In fact, the phone started hanging, showing no more memory b4 I could even download anything inside.Their customer care centre is nothing to write home about.No customer service trainig.

I hail phone immediately for less than half the price I bought it.

That's how my sister bought an M5 and the phone packed up. After Carlcare gbege for like a month the phone worked. Only to pack up again in 24 hours.

She's now using a BB Touch 1.

Imagine I bought a tecno phantom A+, it developed charging issues after like 6 months.
took it to carlcare and I was asked to pay for repairs when it was still on Warranty.
And they know very well that the issue was common with their shit phone.
They should at least fix it for free.
That was how I dropped TECNO like a bad Habit!

They did it to me once when I had a broken touch pad, I was asked to come back in two weeks which I did, they told me to wait a little more that they don't have the necessary tools to repair my device yet and that they've placed it on quick delivery


I waited for a month and went back, they still fed me with the same bullcrap.

2months getting to three, I became very impatient, I stormed into one of their centres and demanded they give me back my phone and my money


Finally, I had to go Alaba market, bought the touch pad and gave it to one of the engineers to change for me


I just regretted wasting 2months and half hoping on those idi.ots

Well.. I once bricked my Tecno L3 while trying to root it. Took it to carl care at Kaduna, it took a month sha, but they fixed it free of charge n my phone was ok. The reason it took a month was because they said they were waiting for the equipment they wld use to arrive.
