For years, Obasanjo was both president and oil minister at the same time between 1999 and 2007. Oil revenues were not accounted to Nigerians. At the end, US $16 Billion dollars were lost under OBJ in the power sector alone. Now that ObJ lost the fight to appoint a new president to replace Jonathan in 2015, OBJ is demonising the people in political office.

Let us focus on the message. OBJ is on point, hate him or like him.

He did not exclude himself from corruption, he's as guilty as sin like the others.

In fact he would have been impeached by NAS if not because of Ghana must go. The threat was obvious severat times.

As we now know, those threats were merely extortion.

What he's saying is that in Nigeria, the "good men" are too few just like the few good honourable ones in NAS.

Consequently, going forward, an incorruptible NAS would drastically reduce executive excesses and corruption.

And in society at large by taking EFFC & ICPC to task if they appear to be failing in their duties.
