Like someone mentioned earlier: The US hate their black citizens and i'm telling you this first hand because i live in the US myself. The failure of judiciary system to prosecute the numerous killer cops is enough proof. Now bearing that in mind; what makes you think they care about Nigeria...? These people wants nothing good for the black race. Take it or leave it 1 Like |

Jonathan and his gang should know that US does not owe us a responsibility to fix our house. So his plan to fix nigeria is to be running after another country, begging?he is clueless about economic, security n warfare issues, yet he wants to be voted for to remain in office. 1 Like |

BrokenTV: And you are the one that has sense right?? Instead of you to try and make a valid argument all you can do is blindly criticize a valid point raised by another. It is funny that even Obasanjo noted in his book that Jonathan would ALWAYS blame everybody else and this is EXACTLY what is happening! They are now blaming the USA for the actions of our Nigerian soldiers. Since we are now blaming the US for our military, let us also blame them for our missing $10 billion, horrible power supply, lack of infrastructure, corruption in government etc. Let us BLAME the USA for EVERYTHING!! 2 Likes |

fkaz: General Ihejirika warned against hobnobbing with some super powers that have already projected that in 2030, Nigeria will be their competitor with a GDP of $4.5 trillion dollars and a population bigger than USA population! The race to kill this inevitable African giant and prevent seeing such day when it will challenge the world powers has since begun. Therefore, It is the fault of Nigeria to even entrust the training of her troops on a country that have openly expressed it's desire to see Nigeria collapse more than 15 years ago. They have helped Boko haram through a complex covert operation impossible to trace their fingerprints in it. They had refused to label Boko Haram a terrorist organization and refused military aid to Nigerian troops at the same time tipping off other countries of Nigeria's military transactions elsewhere passing through their countries. They even went ahead to collapse oil price so that Nigeria will not have funds to pay for military equipment from elsewhere to defend herself. Inciting the troops to mutiny and plot a coup is the least of the harmful things you will finally discover they did to Nigeria to hasten it's breakup. The sad part is that all these happened while a blackman President Obama was in the white house. Just makes you wonder....?? Having said that, I think GEJ should not engage this big enemy that he cannot fight. As a matter of fact,he should ignore it. The Americans usually have very good intelligence reason that lead them into insisting that Nigeria must be dissolved sooner than later to guarantee peace in Africa. Nobody can be sure Nigeria will not have a bloody civil war which may ruin many parts of Africa, if left to exist as one entity for more years. Although, personally i think that those Nigerians being used to collapse Nigeria now will regret their actions in time. Just as they formed Boko haram thinking they were making the country ungovernable for GEJ. Nigeria is bigger than GEJ and in time, they will see that in this issue of helping Nigeria survive against manipulations of powerful external forces, their interest align with Jonathan's 1 Like 2 Shares |

A lot of Soldiers in the US military hate Obama, who is the commander in chief. They believe he has destroyed the military institution. They normally term the military under him as "obama's military" and not the "US military". But, that being said. . .ain't nobody can make US soldiers do what the Nigerian soldiers did. Nigeria has deep freaking problems and they are blaming someone else for it. 1 Like |

cjrane: I pity the SW who has so much to lose in this greedy alliance with the far North for the post of VP Rather than Tinubu using Lagos wealth to eradicate poverty in the SW , he is wasting his time fighting a war that will end the SW as a puppet state of Arewa empire As for the US, they will realize that africa can't be colonized forever My prayer, is that we Biafrans should use trade and commerce to build an African empire strong enough to protect her interest. Biafrans should build railways connecting every African country to Biafra to make us the centre of African trade and commerce This will make it easy for us to achieve such empire. |

We have to know that National interest always comes first for every Nation and this is changes constantly. Our executive should be strategic and work for the Nation, the country should be run as a business and profit made for the people. Our big brother syndrome must be weighed,in light of ever increasing population and needs thus limiting our revenue,we must elect hard-working leaders that will manage our resources well and make us as a Nation prosper. Let's take responsibility for our actions and take our future in our hands. 1 Like |

blacknp: Completely agree at the bolded. It does not make slavery less abhorrent. America will always serve her interest and Nigeria should serve her interest. The problem seem to be that America side with the bad guys when it come to Africa, WHY? Yes, America can evaporate Nigeria with one nuke, but we know they not going to nuke Nigeria because it hasn't come to that. So they will create conditions to help Nigeria go through an agonizing slow death. Don't mistake Nigeria for a storm in the tea cup like Afghanistan or Iraq. Nigeria is exactly a Pakistan to the US, just without the nukes. However, i concur with you that if it has been discussed somewhere in the white house that Nigeria needs to be broken up to make Africa more manageable, the US will find a way to make that happen, Pakistan size or not. Ask the former Soviet Union. My view is that Jonathan should ignore any US covert action to facilitate Nigeria's demise. Afterall, his region will be among the wealthiest in the world if Nigeria actually break up. Those politicians now helping to import terrorists from Sudan and Somalia thinking they are creating problems for Jonathan will eventually beg world bank or peace keeping forces from other ECOWAS countries to help police their region against terrorists after the breakup which they helped to engineer by importing the same terrorists. |
