I like the way, you have spoken the truth. Nigeria is a tribal country, only the pretenders lie to themselves claiming the opposite. At the end of the day, we are all voting for our own self interest. Thanks for making my day, with your sincere and objective comments.

You're welcome, man!
I have noticed the new fad of some Nigerians to hide their heads in the cloud of idealism, just to appear 'cool'.
These people choose to play ostrich and act like bigotry isn't alive and kicking in Nigeria.

When I read BankyW's Twitter lamentations about the Muslim-Muslim ticket issue, I couldn't help but laugh.
Is he really that naive? We may never know.

But if the APC people really cared about change and competence, and weren't so desperate for 12 million potential votes from the North, they would have fielded Patrick Utomi - who, in my opinion, is probably the most qualified Nigerian to lead the nation country to economic greatness, if his electrifying speeches were anything to go by.

Also, if the Yoruba people (I'm not generalizing, no offence intended) currently hyping Buhari as a messiah while accusing others of bigotry for not rallying behind a Hausa-Fulani, really cared about competence, I wonder why they gave their unanimous support to Obasanjo when he was up against this same Buhari in 2003.

So many things are enough to show there is no sincerity on the part of any ethnic group, and our sentiments all boil down to tribalism.

Tribal war with heavy weapons? Hehehehe, i just dey laugh the threat apc is putting nigeria on...if gej is removed from office by any means without completing his(niger-deltans) first opportuned 8yrs, the war that will erupt from this country is the type that U.N will find difficult to quench. No one should use the nigerian civil war as example, because they is balance of heavy armunitions in the different zones that one side will not have to suffer lack of ammunition like the previous war. The nigerian civil war will be a big joke when compared with the war that will break out.

One of the most annoying episode of this boko haram some member of Islam sympathize with this extremist and support their evil, this boko haram action is a disgrace to the name of Allah, an insult to the name of Allah cos Allah is a great God, when did Allah tell u to begin to kidnap little girls and u do dis in is name, rape little girls in is name, kill little girls in is name, oppress unarmed men and women by driving them from their home all in d name of Allah, dis insult in d name of Allah is becoming unbearable, true Muslim should rise against dis so call boko haram cos dis insult to Allah name is just too much, how can one na stand with boldness to say Allah is great God with so much evil being carried out in his name yet true Muslim do nothing to d insult of Allah name by the boko haram

My guy, no need to get confrontational.
What I just stated is a glaring fact. Nigeria is a highly tribalistic country, and the questions won't be based on whose duty it is to safeguard the country from attackers, but on "What tribe are those attackers from?"

Sentiments are really high in the Middle Belt right now, and I don't see those people ever wanting anything to do with Fulanis for now.

Buhari's previous statements on the killing of Boko Haram operatives being "genocide" will still come back to seriously haunt him on February.

Majority of the voters in the Middle-Belt won't be the pseudo-intellectuals voting on internet polls, but will be the many farmers whose houses and farms these Fulani cattle herders raze everyday.

This is a statement of fact. Buhari is finished in the Middle Belt.
Tribalism will come into play.
I dont get ur point here pls, who is responsible for safety of lives and properties is it GMB or fucking GEJ?

the situation though appalling wasn't different from what I expected. you can't expect ethnic nations especially those from kogi, benue, nasarawa and plateau to continue keeping quiet despite the insults and massacres they receive from Fulani marauders.
its time for them to defend themselves, the govt currently involved in BH insurgency suppression can't do it for them.am happy Dovid Mark like someone wrote earlier is arming them with sophisticated weapons, at least that's a good start.
I'm totally in support of the igalas,if they don't defend their wives, children and homes nobody would do it for them.that's why I support yonatan, kos though he's clueless he has enabled certain parts of the country know that they're too made to rule.. that leadership of this geographical expression isn't the exclusive preserve of the far NORTH!!

Oooh, I've got the link if you want it. And yes I just checked my facts from the Punch.
There, he faulted the FG's crackdown on Boko Haram, and complained about the fact that the Boko Haram operatives were killed and their houses were demolished, "UNLIKE THE SPECIAL TREATMENT GIVEN TO THE NIGER DELTA MILITANTS".
This is a man trying to draw up analogies between a group of people fighting for their rights after so many years of environmental degradation, and a gang of indoctrinated bastards who wish to kill and convert people to Islam against their own wishes.

Take some time off Nairaland. You have exhausted whatever little ideas you had, and they need to be replenished.
Your unnecessarily insatiable lust to post on every thread, however unwitty, has turned you to a completely nauseating and predictable troll.

What's middle belt ?

Sardauna has cursed it. That's why it's only sentimental few that still uses middle belt .
The likes of Jerry Gana and co. Even David Mark can't officially mentioned middle belt .
Middle Belt Nonsense .

In the North central states only Benue and Plateau that Buhari will lose.

Nassarawa APC
Niger. APC
kogi APC
Kwara APC

Then bross where is the finish that you are talking about ?

I am from Bagana, I reported this about 2 days ago on Nairaland and even begged the MOD for front page but I couldn't get it. https://www.nairaland.com/2051444/war-between-fulanis-agatus-bagana. It seems some dudes are favored on nairaland.

It's true fighting has been going on for days now and it seems the authorities are not concerned. As am talking now, some houses are still been burnt. The army were there on Wednesday but left under curious circumstance.
