More likely than not, you will need to take the driving test (online + physical road test). Since you already have a license, it means you've been driving before and it will save you having a learner's permit for about 18 months.

Parallel parking seems to be overhyped but I don't see it as difficult. It is something I've always done with ease when I was driving in Nigeria.

Prepare for the test. Study the driving manual, look up several videos on youtube, physically watch other drivers drive and learn from them. It's not that difficult.
