How did Boko haram grew so strong to the level that they are being seen as better motivated and stronger than Nigerian military. The most hardened militants whose presence is feared by Nigerian military to the level of leaving behind barracks and bases packed with large quantities of weapons just in the name of exercising the useless tactical maneuver.

Nah!!! I have also confirmed it. SANDF had many geckos which some were used by CAR troops in Bangui. The geckos were airlifted to Bangui and were never intended to be repatriated back to the country even when the mission was complete.
