But I get what u mean by changing the taste of the water with different flavours, will try it out.

Eyahhhhh pele.#let me give u my doctors response#........something,but for the benefit of the baby,nothing.mine started arnd 16 weeks.now,the pain is really on my wrist.but the joy of the baby keeps me going despite the 'many' hormonal packages.tell prouddad to help u massage.

Are u serious, fmc owerri? There is ds echo scan in Garki Area 11 Abuja, if u go for scan there by 12wks they will reveal d sex in writing wtout asking u if u are interested in knowing it or not, and they are very acurate no mistakes

It happened to me too, I couldn't take warm or room temperature water but only very cold water. I think cucumber is veg & ok, eat it if u tolerate it

Good afternoon Mamas in the pushing ministry, please for people like us who on a normal day don't take enough water not to talk of now that water tastes like medicine in my mouth and I have never been a fan of water melon, please is CUCUMBER safe to take?
That seems like the only water fruit that I enjoy taking. Also is there a way to increase my water intake? Since my doctor mentioned it again on my last visit yesterday. For now, I manage to take atleast a glass of chilled water in a day, warm water or roomtemp is a complete nono.

I think d person has a right to know if they want. wen I checked both in my hosp n outside, twas accurate. & regarding exchange of babies, only one woman is in d delivery room per time n as soon as ur baby is out, d baby is shown to u n brot to u so u can c d gender properly bfor baby is cleaned den dressed n handed over to ur husband

I ate it most days as part of my breakfast while preggy. happy 9 mnths!

Sorry dear try taking orange after ur meal,it really helped in my 1st pregnancy.

My mum always share the story of how she always had severe cravings to drink garri when she conceived me, irrespective of what she cooked.

A neighbour noticed and told her it was gonna cause dandruff on the baby's scalp. She ignored it and went on drinking garri

She said 3weeks after I was born, while bathing me, she discovered a plethora of dandruff on my scalp

Fast forward till now, I have battled with dandruff like someone trying to treat cancer, yet not much result.

Moral : you will have cravings during pregnancy, but watch it, 'cause they may have adverse effect on you and your baby.

Could that be the reason for my dandruff? i have tried all forms of treatment and it just doesnt go, i remember mum telling me she drank garri and ice block like kilode while she was pregnant...
