While Fashola and his bunch of corrupt vagabonds are busy blaming the president for a robbery that happened in his own state; Jimi has gone to sympathise with the victims

Isn't the headline too 'extreme'?
Is he in a position to 'inspect' and make the headlines?
Or this is just a media play to provoke readers' reaction.

Anyway, it's a good move. He, like other citizens, has come to see things for himself.
However, since he is in a position to help, the best move would be to directly reach the families of the bereaved. The 'fish seller' definitely didn't come from a 'comfortable' home, hence her hustle to make ends meet which led to her demise. Perhaps, that would be a good port of call.

Meanwhile Fashola the present Governor of Lagos state has not visited the scene. Talk about how insensitive a governor can be but if it is to deport non-indigenes (he is not a lagosian himself) he will be the first person there

Keep your mouth shut. No state govt has funded the Police as much as the LASG.

His records are there for all unbiased people to verify.

How ?

He is a celebrity per se, but him 'inspecting' makes it look like he's already the governor or something. Just like GEJ planning how he'll celebrate christmas at Aso Rock this year or something close.
Not that it can't be described as such, but some may see the negative side of it.

I was surprised when I read a report that Fashola blamed the robbery on GEJ, I have started losing the respect I have for him
Maybe the fire at Mile 12 market is GEJ fault too
