If kano state can build this, why can't anambra or all south eastern states build the 2nd Niger bridge which will cost less than this and these igbos are in lagos ready to drown in the lagoon for JK.

How does the construction of a government house translate to the judicious use of funds for the masses? That's a project that shouldn't even be mentioned in people-centred administration. Rochas and his Kaduna state counterpart should be ashamed for citing such a project as part of their accomplishments.

from your warped perception. you believe that any one that go against your views hate you. all I have said is that the linear flyover are uncalled for all they need is just some thing about 2 flyover. can you state exactly what is under that bridge that warrant such extended flyover. just sand dune. you need to check your dictionary for the meaning of PRUDENCE and LAVISH.

Rochas didn't mention it as his achievement. I'm just trying to compare their sincerity. Something was constructed with 1billion while another governor painted the govt house with 9billion as if he thinks we don't have sense. He used the rest for his campaign and hiring of thugs
