After licking the whole cheese you want us to hail you. The cheese in that is like 550cal. Will take you 1hr of jogging to burn off.
Next time cut it in half and use fruits to fill up. wink

Cam on get up jare. What are you fainting for? cheesy cheesy

Processed sugar has no calorific value as far as I'm concerned. Yes, it'll give you good energy boost but why go processed when you can go natural with all the natural goodness you get from fruits including fibre? Unlike the raw, processed white/brown sugars which have already been stripped of their essential fibres?

I suppose you COULD add milk, and if I were to add it, it'll just have to be skimmed milk with 0.1% fat content...and just a teaspoon of it.

Wheat ,oat and egusi soup.

@Efemenaxy and babe. How healthy is egusi?

Egusi is nuts and it's very healthy. The only thing here is to reduce the palm oil.

Try boiling your protein with tomato puree. It changes the color to red . Then top with 2 table spoon of palm oil to retain the taste.

You can also reduce your quantity of egusi by blending steamed broccoli. Helps in thickening wink

I did one and it tasted great. But I added uziza leaf for the scent and plenty pepper for the slight change in taste cheesy

Na temptation.

I cheated soo much last night: 2 thick slices of Agege bread with peanut butter, a very ripe mango, an avocado, and a banana all just before 12 midnight. And before that, two helpings of Jollof rice with roast beef (after my normal evening meal of boiled plantain, moi-moi, carrots and brussel sprouts) cheesy cheesy

So today, after barely 5 hours worth of sleep, I went jogging for 1hr 35 mins + 1hr intensive cardio + 45 mins sit-ups and lower abdominal workout...but the scale says I gained 0.2kg!! embarassed embarassed

And yesterday I'd lost 0.1 kg...

Anyway, I have repented oh! I just know that hot, soft Agege bread is the culprit in all of this. grin grin grin

Anything processed is bad news,go for normal sugar and whole milk.Never take skim-milk!

Our body recognise original and whole food easier and makes it easy and quick to digest.

My dear because you are already jogging for more than an hour, please spend 30 min on cardio or 30 min sit- up,you risk ageing quick with this routine especially if you do it 5 days a week and you are on a diet without fat.

This is just too funny! But no, I can't throw the Agege away na. The kids love it. Even hubby too (I think). Without the peanut butter, I won't be bothered to touch it sef, but ahhh!!! grin grin

I try to think of all that pain when exercising as a deterrent - and it works very well in the mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. Na night time be the koko...I really need to follow Babe3's advice.

Sigh.
