I'm not sure if I'm on the wrong Preggy thread BT each time I go there its dead quiet..no1 has posted anything there in a very long while..or is there a different preggy thread?

my dearies. as i said before it is a difficult recipe per say but the result is topnotch.
it is very easy. Cut and i mean ELIMINATE all carbohydrates. rice, eba, semo, yam, bread. but eat all the protein u want, beans, chicken, soups and vegetables etc.
remember to eat is smaller portions, also u recall that beans is fills the stomach and drink plenty water. dont do too much stress on yourself cos u might feel slightly dizzy
the mode of operation here is, the body makes use of the carbohydrates in u for energy while ur fat stays, but when ur body no see carbohydrates to burn for energy, voila it burns ur fats.
this regimen is stressful cos i have done it and lost some kilos but couldnt cope up with it cos of long throat.
ensure u no get ulcers before starting oh!
if you cope with it for 2weeks, u can start introducing slight portions of carbohydrates after that.

@cathy it's 50k ooo but it wrks a frnd got it and when I tried it for 3days wif her I lost 3kg

@All...hotmomma is quite right about the weightloss thingy.I remember when my first visit to my ob/gyn,after weighing some of us at the clinic that day he had told us to shed some weight.I couldn't do it cos I love my carbs but 2 ladies out 7 of us conceived after a month of going on fruits,soups and veggies.They said they had to detox.I don't know about the rest cos I didn't keep tabs on them.I had to start my own weight loss journey o.I made a timetable for fruits and veggies and what days to take soups and I eliminated all forms of sugar,soda and oil.I also stopped eating after 6pm and voila,I lost 11.3kg in a month and 2 weeks.I'm still on it and I intend to continue till I weigh 72kg.I also browse some indoor exercise challenge and do on my own.I can't wear some of my dresses right now cos they are too big.I'm more flexible in bed(lol)I have more endurance and I look younger too.What's more important is that all the pains I get when I menstruate has stopped(I think it was caused by Epo cause it rarely happened to me)...Sorry for the long post

just try n get a juicer...it will even help when u want to prepare other fruit juices and leave juices...like spinach and ugu juice.

@flakky26 and blessedmum congratulation, our God does not fail. @iOmoge, over fine the worry you oo lol, fine pix you got there. @all it's been a while, have not been feeling too strong lately, even though I always come in to peep , have been spotting on and off for 2wks nw, having cramps and severe headache, dnt know if it's the fertilaid am taking that is causing all this. @iOmoge, pls I want to join u in dis weight loss thing ooo*winks* am 92kg at d moment, planning on loosing 12kg ooo.
