200mg or 400mg. the 200mg costs between 4900 and 5500 depending on what pharmacy you get it from. Dunno about the 400mg.

@fruitful vine: very very low levels will need the 400mg twice a day. moderately low progesterone levels will need the 200mg twice a day.

@All, just as you need time to learn more about a new phone that you have just bought to know all the beautiful features and apps and what it can do, the words and promises of God may take some time to become part of us but we need to spend time studying it, meditate on it, break it down and own it till it becomes such a part of us that we start living it and become it. The bible says the word of God grew mightily and prevailed...(Acts 19:20).
May that word and promise of God that you are holding unto continue to grow and grow until it prevails over everything that may be a limitation in your life. Don't get it twisted, THE WORD WORKS!

Hello fruitful mothers, how are we preparing for the weekend. my neighbour recently had triplets n i can always hear their crying at night from my room . normally those kinds of things depress me , but this one , doesnt ,at all . on the contray when i hear them cry ..... i say to myself, my babies are sooo near , that why all around me i see babies n pregnancies
in the light of this positive mantra i share with you all 10 things am looking forward to doing . n this is from my heart straight to God 's ears

Looking Forward

to bursting into my new song and dancing on discovery of my bfp
to sharing this discovery with DH ... i can picture the look on his face now...... Awwwww!
to seeing them.( yes!!! them, am expecting multiple birth) on the sonogram
to making sure that Dh does ALL the house chores first 3months after which i will take pity on him but he still has to cook until my delivery
To telling my mom, dad, in- laws n telling our testimonies have come
to waddling to my big tummy to work
to shopping for maternity jeans n pretty work dresses(i plan to look better than i ever have)
to starting ante natal classes
to picking things for my twins (my eyes are twinkling just at the thought)
to meeting them for the first time n sharing their names which i have known now for 2yrs with the whole world

prayer point :Every power holding down or delaying my testimony catch fire and die in Jesus name .
Father overule my doubts and unbelief and let my testimony materialise in the physical


@ all i resurrected this cos it may lift up some spirits n also as a way to ginger our prayer things on this thread which is dying out . pls share urs n prayer point

u can use all together. they r all working removing exceess/unwanted stuff from the body.
its all part of the detox plan.

1. i will kneel and bow my head on d floor in adoration to GOD.
2.Try to suppress d desire to call dh on d phone and wait for him to come, so i can see the glorious expression on his face.
3. Cuddle my son and tell him to expect his 'tata' which he has talking about for a while now.
4. Testify here on NL to my wonderful e-sisters.
5. keep d news close to my heart for a while.
6. tell my sibilings and mom-in-love (she's wonderful)
7. look forward to real bumping.
8. go baby shopping.
9. take loads of pictures.
10. cant wait to have my baby(ies) in my arms.

God pls bring it to pass this cycle. i trust in YOU.
