Abia needs systemic development and not this playing to the gallery.
Ikpeazu knows he stole the people's mandate and the only visible thing he can do is to start building roads and advertising it. It's sure way to win people's sympathy (They know majority do not even know what they need from government, so anything that looks like doing work is acceptable to them).
This strategy Ngige used in Anambra. Steal the votes, build the roads and become popular. He nearly succeeded but for the tenacious spirit of Peter Obi (The man I'll always want to be like).
Juxtapose Ngige and Peter, it will be obvious one came for show and the other came with a carefully planned governance program. Anambra is what it is today in Education, Health care, workers welfare, industrialisation, infrastructure development etc because of the careful works of Peter.

Abians had their chance in Dr. Alex Otti. That chance was truncated. Ikpeazu is playing the Ngige card again. I hope they will get the chance to have Alex for them.

It may be long, tiring. Even the ppl may abandon Alex,just like majority abandoned Peter but justice is worth the pains.

Ngige has become irrelevant in Anambra today (He has lost 3 of the 4 electoral positions he has vied for and the only one he managed to win was hugely rigged), and so will Ikpeazu one day.


We need sound leaders in Igbo land and not showmen.

Building a road is perhaps the easiest form of construction. Keep living in denial bro. What is the total number of registered voters in Abia North? Cross check the results of previous elections and tell us where the killer voters came from. An ngwaman does not need the vote of any ohuhu man to win election in Abia. Moreover,all you foriegners from Abia north residing in Aba normally go back to your cave to vote.
