not just the economical aspect, where will you get electricity to run the elevators effectively

if you promise these landlords that you can pay N1m -N2m per annum for a flat believe me honestly. They will provide elavators for you.
There is nothing like assured return on investment.
The only reason why the rent is low is because everybody there wants to have their own 4 storeyed building.
its more like a culture.

Onitsha port is an inland port, not on the Atlantic coast. No ship can reach there if Nigeria doesn't permit entrance from the Niger Delta areas in the event that Biafra secedes. Biafra will just be an enclave withing Nigeria if it secedes because Çross River state shares its northern boundary with Benue State close to Abakaliki, tha axis would have opened Biafra to international community by sharing boundary with Cameroun. Once again, Onitsha port is inland; it is located by the bank of River Niger.

^^^What makes you certain all those littoral ethnic groups you have in mind to 'help' Nigeria deny Biafra access to the sea will want to remain behind with you lot!?

I know this 'landlocked' issue is what some hateful bastards are hoping will discourage agitations for self-determination and economic emancipation!......Epic fail!!

When the time comes for a referendum let you-know-who go and convince the ethnicities concerned why they're better off being tied to this cursed entity Nigeria that requires blood sacrifice on a weekly basis for it to survive; a country where their God-given resources are seized and controlled as federal gov't property and they're only entitled to 13% of it while greedy politicians and shady business men from far flung regions cream-off the rest 87% in the name of 'one Nigeria'! They use it to build up their cities, allocate huge amounts to fictitious/ghostmode LGAs, and plunder and do deals with the remainder to enter Forbes rich list as the richest in the land!

Onicha Ado mma mma nu oo!
Anambra kachaa nu ooo!
I have a nostalgic feeling of Osha, as I had my secondary school in the best school the state had then.

One just got to be so proud of Onitsha. It's good to see how all the Governors from Ngige, Obi, and Obiano has worked effectively to clean up the once neglected river side city. All the streets look relatively clean now, unlike the shambolic days of Mbadinuju's travesty of governance.
I'll really like to visit once again.

One other crucial project that will take Onitsha to the next level is to create a very cosy Marina town, that will run along the river banks. A master plan that will deliver high rise buildings (ten floors minimum) to act as the real Central Business District. This will house corporate offices of those importers, manufacturers, transporters, etc...
The streets will be well lined with trees and shrubs, no road side mechanic or shanty shops of any kind will be entertained, sports clubs, hotels, malls, game parks, event centres, cinemas and the like should come on stream. Provide 24/7 security with all night lighting for the streets to encourage night life.
It will also draw in multinational companies and all things corporate.

when was the last time you heard of floods in anambra state like the ones that happen in lagos even in victoria island.

do not mistaken abia state or imo with anambra state they are totally different states with different people and governments.

if you think anambra is growing quickly, pls pay a visit to enugu state.

though it is not an oil state, it is way neater and more developed than the so called oil states.

can i add safer as well.

FACT is you are a hater.

worry about yours.

abeg imo and abia peeps. i am not yabbing you biko

Maybe the problem with your "telling" is that you're either obviously hating or you're being retardedly sarcastic. Maybe you should stop "telling" if you don't have any accurate info talk about.

For example if someone says something untrue, you debunk it with facts not delusions of what you want it to be like.
