NYSC has by laws, for whatsoever reason, if you had to travel, you should have noticed him or apply duly, but If you have your links well, you could be counted present.

It's true here in Oyo. I had confirmed it from our CLO and some of my colleagues ( Corpers) have done theirs. I'm on my way to do mine. Don't know what they want to achieve but it's not the same thing as Monthly clearance.

I just learnt from from the LI that the motive behind the headcount is to investigate and discover ISIS recruits working undercover as corpers :/
