ok. So if i choose Ghana as my Nationality, i will write the exam in Ghana right? Wont the Nationality hav effect when i'm given admission
why would ever think of changing your nationality? You have to be very careful about documentation. Nigerians whom are resident of countries where entrance exam are taking place are invited to attend the exam unlike home based Nigerians. They differentiate using the student address. So some 9ja go just borrow person address for these countries com use am apply. All courses requires entrance exam.

Bros at dis point u go need cane I swear....u dey Bleep up o. I give u bed, find wife and pay bride price for u, u dey ask for manual/users guide.

It was clearly stated in d link I provided for u that either of PTE, IELTS, TOEFL and one Cambridge test of English test is acceptable. What else do u need. Make I help u research on does tests again ?

If u have read d thread u would have seen where I stated that I wrote PTE.... I even stated d requirements and steps for registration .

@bold i am thinking of writing this pte i downloaded some material from there site but the material was just explaining how the exam is being conducted, i don't think that would be enough to prepare for the test, do you have any idea of the difficulty level of the pte test as compared to other language test, most person on this thread are of the opinion that ielts is easier, i have some ielt material i downloaded from a link someone pasted on this thread last year. do you think it is advisable preparing for pte with ielt material
Do you have any pte study material, how did you prepare for the pte, i have never written any Internet Based Test before do you think it will affect my chances of scoring above 59
ielt is paper based but pte is internet based but i believe they both have similar section (listening writing speaking and reading).
i am drifting towards pte because the result can be sent via email.

@house Does anyone have any idea on the cost of notarizing a document from the court, my school charges 1100 for a certified copy of statement of result which do you think is cheaper/better as regards cost

I practiced using practice questions on the official website and youtube videos on writing a good summary. i didn't practice much because my writing skills are very good.

I don't know much about IELTS. You have to carryout a research personally concerning comparison between both tests.

My advice, pick one, practice and write.

Peace!!

You need to be able to raise 1.5M or get a sponsor to deposit 1.5M in ur account. Test of english will cost btw 35K - 40K You can write one out of TOEFL, IELTS and PTE Academic Notarization of certificates will cost between 50 naira to 200 naira per page. transcript cost varies per school You also need to get an international passport if you don't have one already. You need to send ur transcript and application package to the school..... i used DHL and it costs 13,400. So multiply that by the number of application you will like to send. ...So u need around 65K for pre admission cost for one program. ....After admission you will need the following 32K for insurance 67K to 72K for residence permit fees 9K to send ur docs to the finish embassy... i used DHL other expenses....5K ( bank statement, scanning n printing cost) ....So u should b looking at around 110k for post admission cost. In total budget around 170K for one program excluding cost of obtaining transcripts from ur University and sending to d school of ur choice. Please ensure u have a way of getting 1.5M in your account with d required support documentation. Dis might be helpful culled from olabode89 post

Why dnt u firstly research on the schools u would like to attend...or u feel are ideal for u....once u find three or four of such schools ..send the schools mails regarding all ur enquiries....ull get first-hand information...

Dem dey mess up big time. Now the issue is if/when/how they plan to verify the documents. Shouldn't they just ask for waec scratch card and verify in minutes? Now they'll take forever. Concerning my insurance cert too, they should have just checked the insurance portal (they have access to it) or call d insurance company. It's just an unnecessary complication wey no make any sense. I hope all is sorted sha. Na to just wait as dem no dey reply emails or respond to calls. Shey na that ur sister wey get scholarship? Let's hope and pray for the best sha.

God dey.
