You are wrong. DSS main responsibility is internal security & intelligence. While NIA deals with foreign intelligence.

I think this is a good news not minding how the media wants to paint it. because it shows our intelligence agencies are not sleeping and trying very hard to contain BH to their state of origin (borno). That's not an easy task but they are secretly doing it and succeeding.
