You just went out of point here or you wrongly quoted me? Am personally not bothered whether Wike remains governor or not at the moment. If he is currently serving Rivers people interest right about now am not the one who should judge him but whatever the tribunal says. My interest is good governance not minding who. After all, if Portharcourt is developed like what I am seeing wherever I am at the moment it will benefit me whenever I come around. But we are discussing Amaechi's ministerial nomination and Rivers PDP shenanigans at the moment. All am letting you guys know is it will not fly in the face of that blackmail. After this the EFCC or any court can lock him up if he's guilty of crime for all I care.

I have no arguments in this regard. I only feel they also have to file for a stay of execution of the tribunal's judgment after the appeal otherwise INEC will fix date for the reelection. Lawyers can help out, am only speaking what I think I know.

Something doesn't seem correct about that.

where is it in our constitution that two senators must endorse ministerial nominees, where did they cook up the unlawful policies for nomination,the most beautiful part of the whole issue is that all 21 ministerial nominees will be cleared come Tuesday they can do nothing about it,they are just barking to feed to the media

They will continue to be members of the senate until the appeal is dispensed.
But all these are no worries because I maintain that laughable position of at least two senators from the state endorsing a nominee will not hold water, it will be trashed when the chips are down. It is the greatest of political travesty ever seen in political circles in Nigeria. It is ultra vires, null and void on the part of those senators from Rivers state.

If Wike, mama Peace and the clownish senators from Rivers think the senate will sustain a rule that will serve just the political interest of their selfish agenda and vengeance mission they should go to bed and start the dream again.
