maybe the divorce laws have changed in nigeria. who gets to keep the house & the kids? will the entire family assets be split 50-50?

I know very little about Nigerian law but I think the OP needs to try other methods to reset his brain. If they do not work, then she might consider divorce if she cannot live with it. However she needs to keep those messages and pictures as evidences. It will come in handy in the court of law.

The court, in exercising its powers under this Part of this Act, may do any or all of the following, that is to say, it may-
