If u're talkin abt d CSC scholarship thru FSB, it's late. Even at d time u posted yesterday, d portal was very busy and hardly accessible by what I heard.
But if Shared is ur choice, it's still very much early to apply.

No serious implication. It's possible to apply for both scholarships. So far, I've not seen anywhere where it is stated that an applicant can't apply for the two
