Mehn! Those movies gave me night mares for days.

Of all these "terrors", I'm disappointed "Wrong Turn" made the list. The movie is just too dumb and there's nothing scary about it. "Hell Raiser" should make the list.

Op i am not very scared when i watch those movies only that i get startled when ever something bad happens to the survivors in the movie just like zombies grabbing rick grimmes in walking dead or the mutant in resident evil eating someone up, and i form bravery when i have my bae watching with me or any other female, see cuddling, cool thread though and you forgot to list movies like

So I take it no one has seen basket case...saw the movie when I was lil', couldn't even finish it ran to my parents room Nd slept off. Till date I Neva geh liver watch am again.

I like horror but it has to look plausible with realistic non comical characters and of course great acting. That's why for me, 'Silence of the Lambs', 'Hannibal' and Anthony Hopkins takes the cake.

I love horror stories (movies) so much that I even write my own horror stories.

I can read horror but watching it is something else. The images remain in my mind for days.

Why is it that no one mentioned 'The Omen'? I remembered watching it as a kid, part one to three at a stretch. Wow, it took me three days to finally sleep. It all seems like child play now

True, as one ages, you'll realise those are just make believe, but some are culled from real life experiences like the Amityville, the possession and one that was shot in the middle east, that affected the actress, I've forgotten the name.

I am not to good at watching horror. Despite that I had it full in THE SUPERNATURAL "SAM and DEAN WINCHESTER"
