We really should forget about this national grid nonsense and start making localized power using solar.

Hypocrisy. Yoruba propaganda wants Kachukwu to resign

Not true, power generation can never be 0MW. A system collapse is not the same as no power generated. It simply means none was transmitted on to the grid.

if you don't have light since morning like, if u have share
Re: Power Generation Crumbles To 0MW For Hours by PastorSammy(m): 6:29pm On Mar 31, 2016
As regards light, Nigeria is in bondage. The solution is Power-Independence. Let each state, local government, street or house generate its own light. And it is possible. Solar is the answer.

Solar and other sources of power generation is needed.

Power generation from gas is epileptic.

Even with solar energy systems, these govt people can still come out to say no megawatt was generated.
I don't know how we got here sadly cry

That's ugly of a nation like Nigeria.
The current administration should work to fix this national embarrassment.
By the way, where did BEDC get the power supplied to us in Benin Metropolis (Sapele Road area) between 2-3 pm this afternoon? This report is not true however because we normally have light at intervals of 3 hrs day time; and instead of the usual 3 hours that would have been 12-3 pm, we only had about 2-3 pm.
Buhari and Fashola should fix the light to grow the SME economy which drives the Nation.

They got it from sapele

There's hope for Nigerians at the next bus stop. I'll rather have us start discussing the future of Nigeria and say no to all this same of same people running this country aground since the days of Lord Lugard.

Enough is enough. No light. No fuel. No money!

We are presently at 20% of the journey. May God give us the strength to finish well. It's just a pity!
