.we really do not need that loan. what about money recovered from corruption and the trillion tax they made last year from single Treasury account?

Are we a beggar nation. Why all the borrow borrow, if Buhari has recovered over $2b from stolen funds why go to borrow another $2b from China when you are servicing debt annually with 25% of GDP?

Joel3:

APC and their LIES. The recovered just very small money and they are making so much noise, now we know the truth thats why they keep borrowing everywhere.

Can the FG even arrest fayose even if they wanted to? I thought Governors have a restraining order once they assume office.

Fayose is just trying to hav his way to be popular or probably wants the opposition to fear him.. He needs to be checked. He is mentally deranged and must be charged for TREASON.. Since he became Governor of Ekiti, what is his achievement? Since May 29, 2015, what has he achieved?? He has no vision,, yet his mission is to destroy.. Agbero

Acquiring loan is not the problem. The question is what will the loan be used for? US as a country is in debt too. But they use their to secure assets and not liablities like our eaders do. I hope PMB and his administration use this money wisely.

There is a limit to opposition politics. He overstepped his boundary.

If you execute a successful coup, who is going to try you for season?.. You expected Buhari to charge Buhari for Treason?... But if your coup isn't successful, you can be HELD accountable for treason.

Burkina faso is trying Blaise Campaore for coup and murder against Thomas Sankara, this is no excuse

When I heard about Fayose's purpoted letter to the Chinese government, I dismissed it as a Rumour. But today, pictures have been going round social media of a copy of the letter telling the Chinese government not to loan us the money we are asking for... This clearly shows that Fayose is working against the interest of Nigeria.

In Law, Treason is the crime that covers some of the EXTREME acts against ones Nation or Sovereign. In my opinion Fayose's letter is treasonable and to be fair he must be given the "Nnamdi Kanu treatment" (Immunity or no Immunity).

This's a democratic government.

DEMOCRACY: Government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Fayose, including you and I are stake holders in this fake project called Nigeria.

Besides, if we borrow from China, what then shall we do with the N100 Trillion Buhari and Lai Mohammed said would be recovered from GEJ?. Why borrow when Ms. Deziani have £100 Billion in London?. Why borrow when Dasuki have $200 Billion untouched?.

These are the reasons Fayose believe we don't need more money since we already have more than enough.

He should be ignored, like some one said he is of zero consequence, i think the ghosts of Tunde Omojolla and Ayo Daramolla are the oes driving him to the precipice of insanity, how else would you explain going to a bus station and posing with strangers who look like Mauritanians as addressing Chinese investors, like the Bible says " the wicked flee when no one pursueth" he is running and attacking his tail like a rabid dog

U would have done us a lot of good if you had copied the letter of fayose here for us to judge if it is treasonable or not.

The last time i checked pipol are still entitled to their opinion. And having a contrary opinion to a ruling party makes you an opposition not to be treated as treat.

OP fayose's letter please.

Seriously, I blame the mod who brought this post to the front page. Since when did it become a crime for anyone to express serious reservation over an attempt to put a serious debt burden on us and future generation? Please I need to know.

A State Governor with diplomat passport cannot be inconsequential; western countries abroad know their value and court them so that they can come deposit illicit funds in their banks.
Its like saying a Saudi Prince is inconsequential when you know that he sits at the highest level meetings in the country just like being a member of National economic council which has Buhari as chairman. You writing here is the inconsequential one.
