are you up to 16yrs, how does wearing other people attire atleast once in a year mean cultural confusion.
Are you high on expired viju milk?
Your are confused, woman.
Wear what you want to wear. That is your prerogative.
Don't pretend to be a defender of the Igbo nation while at it.

grin cheesy grin

I almost believed the bolded. Try again.
Don't need to believe it. That is your problem. It is funny though that you would think I would ever have a need for a Yoruba attire.

Need and desires are two different things. No ibo can resist the beauty of Yoruba attires. wink

I mean, who wants to dress like these scarecrows below?

Talk of delusion, another Yoruba trait . I might as well post pictures of Yorubas wearing Igbo attire.
Sorry, your clothes are not that attractive. The ridiculous cap and the bogus superfluous outfit resembling two or three bedsheets roughly joined together.
I will pass.

My friend, I am done with this back and forth dance.
I hope you were not expecting me to waste my data on pictures to prove a moot point.
I am sure you have an owambe to attend in the morning as usual . Wouldn't want to get between a Yoruba man and free food.
Get to it, would ya.

Yet you keep coming back for more cans of whoop ass!
Nah, I'll sit this owambe out, but my igbo neighbors will be attending with their best custom made Yoruba attire.

Why won't you rock Yoruba attire? Who hasn't? Who wouldn't?

I wonder if there's a brain in that head.

The earlier you realize that Lagos is no man's land, the better for you.

Not even your Governor can send igbos out of Lagos

Not those irritating ones that are loud mouthed and love to boast and chest beat.

first of all.....don jazzy isn't igbo.....second of all, most igbos who were born in lagos wear yoruba attires and its understandable. If you were born in the US as a yoruba, doesn't mean u would wear traditional attires as home out fit.....wale is an example....igbos are proud of their culture.....I was born and bred in lagos. But I am still proud of were I come from......doesn't mean anything.....I can choose to wear whatever pleases me....that's how liberal igbos are
Don Jazzy isn't Igbo? This is new info to me.

Kachikwu knows how to perfectly say the wrongest thing at the right time. well I am more of a londoner too than a yoruba because my heart has been at Stamford bridge since I started supporting Chelsea. Mtcheew katikati, hope my papa doesn't see dis o, cos he will ask me if its Chelsea that have been paying my school fee and buying fuel for thE Gen.

Very few, even the so called intellectuals can live above the mud pit of ethnicity and sectionalism. He has to sound and to be politically correct depending on which side his bread is buttered.

When are we all going to get rid of tribalism, sectarianism, ethnocentrism etc. Your grand parents probably taught your parents these evils, your parents taught you bad things about other tribe and you are very likely to teach your children that some tribes or religions in Nigeria are bad. Please, enough of this. Remember we shall face God one day.

Why is this rubbish post on frontpage?

let anti-igbo elements wage psychological war on the Igbos all they want, It would not improve their standard of living neither will it decelerate our progress.

When you're adorned in beautiful and graceful Yoruba attire, you felt more powerful. When you speak Yoruba, it feels like you're walking on water, miraculous. When you move to Lagos to live amidst Yoruba people, you feel like your dream came true.

This is what Ibo youth feels when they flex in our SWAGGALICIOUS attires.

So don't feel bad, don't feel like you're betraying your tribe that likes to wear curtains with primary school animal cartoons drawn on it.

This got me bursting out it laughter....
Igbo culture is swaggless, I swear.
