My dad is a legal practitioner and he has been practising for close to two decades now without registering his firm at CAC.

Although this is allowed under the law. However, since he's my sponsor and due to my trv application we have decided to register his business name. Will this not be seen as suspicious by V.Os?

Also my co sponsor said he's traveling outside the country this week, I intend to get his statement of account this week. I don't intend to apply for trv till end of May or early June. Can I still use a statement of account that was printed about 1 month before submitting my trv application?

Kindly advise.

Yes he was given a call to bar certificate and also a qualifying certificate. He also has good recommendations from the local branch of the Nigerian Bar association.

To the major issue, I am self employed, My company is into Animal Feeds Production. I want to sponsor myselfI. I have My business name registration, but no TAX CLEARANCE.

My Company's account have an average turn over of 1.3m monthly and my personal runs on 1m monthly.

I do have a constant balance of 900k - 1.5m monthly. And sure I can have a balance of 2.5m -3m during visa application process.

Is this account enough to use?

Award letter($22,000 yearly for 3yrs), letter and Affidavit of supports from dad, SOA, Birth certificates, photocopies of transcripts and certificates, 2 passport photograph, international passport, LOA, photocopy of police character certificate, CV, SOP, 3 of dad's properties (C/o and odaz), study permit questionnaire, dad's appointment letter and promotion letter etc.

locate the office where the tax clerance is don and speak to them, im sure you will get all the arears sorted out( you pay the arears anf you get your clerance certificates)
