Bro,abeg take it easy with luvinghubby , you guys should settle amicably o ..Happy Monday and one love

FlyboyZee:

If you don't send my money back to me, I may be forced to do same against you at Oyingbo...

I just don't want to bring our matter here unto public domain so as not to "spoil business" for you, but you are pushing me far and taking me for granted. Please, just do the needful and lets resume normal transmission...

For almost one year, I mean, ONE FULL YEAR, this guy keep refusing to pick my calls, when he does, he'll always ask me to send my account number, but he'll never send the money. We've repeated this cycle over 4 times and he still gat guts to tell you to contact Union Office over similar issue. That's why I dey tire for Nigeria online transactions...

I have an engine with a loud knocking noise most especially when accelerating.
Was considering getting a new engine at 250k so I can have peace of mind. My mech suggested it's fixable that I shouldn't spend that much. Came up with the quotes below:

Oil pump: 45k
Crankshaft: 75k
Oil filters: 8k
Roughly 150k for repairs.

Replacing the above will eliminate and return the engine to the best sound that's what he claims.
gurus I need your advise? The engine doesn't smoke or short oil. What's the best choice.

Sorry for that bro , Nigerians sha and this kind of behaviour . I really dont now what to say .but I will advise you to take things easy with him if he really wishes to refund you maybe God will touch his heart and he will do so one day but then keep expressing your feelings as you are doing so he will know how you felt . I wonder if he was in your shoes to know how it feels .

Run a diagnostic scan on the car to obtain objective clues.

For instance, a faulty knock sensor may be responsible, and replacing it should solve the problem.

Good luck.

I have already scanned the car. Knock sensor is ok. No engine specific error apart from engine coolant temp p0428 or so. It rattles heavily when accelerating. Its mechanical.

Is it safe to replace crankshaft or new engine?

Thank you sir.
Was just looking at a quick fix as per money no dey to afford a new engine. The mech assured he will return the engine to a perfect condition that the engine as at now is too good to be disposed. I think I will rob my account and replace it to avoid spending money twice in the long run
Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by bashexyz: 9:41am On May 17, 2016
Dude, Park the car, SAVE UP for the 250k and if u have it ready. Buy a new engine and fix it. Trust me.. it will give you rest of mind than fixing..

i tried fixing after 3months the thing parked up for good.

Ok.

Then replacing your engine is the better option. If you buy a very good engine, there should be no headache popping up.

What did we agree on? I don't get it...

You asked for my account number at FOUR different times over the period of one year, but refused to credit my account with the refund since you couldn't get the washer fluid dispenser nozzle for my 2010 Honda Pilot...

Are you mistaking me for someone else you've duped or are you just trying to be smart by half?

Sometime around June last year, I contacted you for the following items...

1. OEM wipers for 2010 Honda Civic EX

2. Sand/mud guard for 2010 Honda Civic EX

3. Washer dispenser nozzle for 2010 Honda Pilot Touring

You sent me your account number and I credited you with the amount you requested for. You supplied all the items, only for me to discover that item 3 on the list above is defective and I had to send it back to you. I was at Nsukka at the time. Ever since then, you have been giving me the excuse that you couldn't get the dispenser nozzle and at a point we both had to agree that you would make a refund to me. To which I sent you my account number.

Ever since then, its been one story or the other, only for you to be asking me to send you my account number whenever you pick my call after refusing to pick it for a while. We've repeated this cycle 3 times after the initial transaction, making it 4 times now, in a period spanning almost one year...

You are now acting as if I'm just out to ruin you. That was so pedestrian and lowly, please, you have my account number, refund my cash and I'll just move on...

You paid for sand protector, wiper blades & 4,000 for bonneth nozzle on Oct. 3 2015 & you had all the items sent to you in Nsukka .
5 after, days you called back that you are sending back the nozzle, that it was broken, which was rather surprising because i personally despatched those items, not any of my boys and the nozzle was sealed inside an envelope.

You sent back a broken nozzle and demanded a refund because as you said, you have sourced for the same nozzle from YOUR BROTHER WHO SELLS CARS in Cotonous, of which i told you is not tainable under such a condition but was ready to give you the benefit of doubt & do a deduction of 4,000 for in your next purchase but you unreasonably choose rather to press for a refund which to me as a businessman is not realistic.

My name is not Santa & my surname is not Clause, i am a businessman, anyday you are ready for the deduction on purchase let me know.

Issues. I hate.
I ain't above board either. But, thanks for calling me Santa Claus.
You have my money, not yours.
You refused to return it, but yet think you are no Santa because you refused to return MY cash. Hhmm! That said and done...

You never told me what you are saying now. If you did, why did you ask for my account number? Was it for you to be able to go check my account balance? Lol...

I'm a gentleman who abhors trouble. All my cars are Honda and I'd sure need a lot of Honda parts as time goes by. If you had told me that I already have a deposit of N4,000 with you for future purchases, why did you ask for my account number?

You can also testify to the fact that, despite the foregoing, I still call you whenever I need anything Honda, remember the glass? The compressor? This should have shown you that I ain't mad or bitter with you, just that I am no Santa Claus too. I'm a businessman-cum-Public Servant and I need money as much as you do too...

I hate what has gone on here but you caused it because you refused to communicate your intentions/position to me, instead, you keep asking for my bank account details with a promise to transfer the said amount to me. And this happened 4 times in about a year's span. Maazi, nobody no know say if your money enter Ibo man hand, them no dey gree release am back to you again, except you go use am collect another thing. I don tay for Naija no be today, my Broda...

I equally abhor issues but was not the one that raised the issue with such venom here, i appreciate patronage but not disdain.

As a businessman with crediblity, i still maintain my principle, anyday or time you approach me for deduction on purchase, i will gladly oblige you.

How to quickly kill a Honda accord transmission.

I was called by this client earlier today to change his transmission ATF, I told him the price of Honda DW-1 ATF,my procedure for oil change and amount for labour. He felt the DW-1 is expensive and he won't be patient enough to allow for recommended ATF change procedure, he left to a Kazeem down the street who eventually bought this. Luckily I drove past there and discovered the operation going on. I decided a picture won't be a bad idea to show folks how to kill a transmission by draining and refilling a very hot transmission with the very wrong ATF spec.

I have done alot of business with luvinhubby. Sometimes i even collect parts and not pay till month end when salary enter. He's a down to earth man. I think he even gives people he meets from nairaland special treatment compared to others...

So this whole mix up is just clear miscommunication, which can be resolved amicably.
