kwentjules:From ur Hospital where u r doing ANC. Porthealth is at d airport or close to the airport depends on d state. Anoda of my queshion? I intend staying for 16weeks dats 3months.. is it advisable to say 16weeks or 12weeks? (My visa is vacation based nt giving birth base)Ur choice... But it's at d discretion of the cbp official to determine how long he's going to stamp u in. On my visa application, I stated am goin on vacation to WISCONSIN with hubby.. we evn booked for a hotel in wisconsin.. bt as it stands now, am switching to California to stay in a friend s place... should I be worried? Did u get ur visa before u got pregnant? If no then u need to pray for favor really. If yes then u r on track. But where u asked if u were pregnant or if u were going to use d visa for delivery? If yes then d change of intent won't help you. The chances of them deporting u is high. Cos that's misrepresentation. Sometimes u wld need to prove you weren't pregnant before u got d visa... so b ready. That's if u got it and got pregnant immediately. The last BIkONU na sample of letter intent, I Done find am for this thread I no see am!! HELP A SISTERit's on part 1 part 2 and part 3. |

XX01: Thanks, I'm good now. I think they have cancelled their Lagos flights at the moment and are moving ppl that already booked to depart from ABJ (I do not know for what reason though), I think the Frankfort leg was as a result of scarcity of fuel that day, don't think its a regular now. |

firsttymum: Cant remember exact details 2nd interview: Same officer as 1st. Recognised us and confirmed we were not given because of wrong appointment date. And asked us to pick up the visas later in the week.Applied to Atlanta but on trip went to Houston as family friend in Atlanta was in 9ja at the time and had friends in Houston. 3rd interview: Lady was nasty, complained of my kids disturbing and kept on asking all questions. If i told the officers at POE that I was going to have my baby, what do I do, how much I earn, receipts, etc. Answered all. Then she asked if I was preggy at 2nd interview, said yes but didn't know at the time. Then she asked if I was preggy during the 1st said yes and that was the end of the interview. |
