Our baby girl arrived Thursday afternoon at about 2:08 pm at Houston Methodist Sugarland. Dr Amajoh was around for delivery and the nurses were nice and courteous.
Everything went well as planned....Chilling and waiting to start processing the necessary documents.
Congratulations. Thank GOD for safe delivery.

Hello House, please I am in a dilema. I want to change from Dr. F to Dr. D, but still using the same hosp - Houston Methodist. My major reasons are 1) Dr. F doesnt take pre-payment, 2) I understand Dr. F is rarely available to take delivery, 3) I cant book an appointment until my arrival, so what happens when they want to confirm at POE, 4) Dr. F is sometimes not available to pick calls when he is contacted at the POE, amongst others.

I am more concerned because I am applying for my Husband and daughter's visa and their interview shld be after my arrival and i need them to take along evidence of payment to the interview. Pls note that I used Dr. F has my contact in my DS-160.

What do you suggest? Thanks for your responses.

Hi, hope you and your LO are doing fine. I want to ask a quick question concerning this Emirates Lag Abj connection. When u checked ur luggage with Arik air on the leg to Abj, did u have to retrieve your bags and check in again when leaving Abj for Dubai?
I want to gauge how heavy my bags should be as I don't energy for stress. Thanks in advance

ezigbozi:

I actually skipped that part in my narration, they tried to harass me o, but I didn't answer them. My fit to fly letter showed I was 34 weeks but argued with them that it was Emirates that put me on their flight and they should check with them if they have any concerns as I am still within Emirates travel bracket, so they didn't bother me again. You may want to get a wavier directly from Emirates to further secure your trip, also make copies of your fit to fly letter I forgot to do that and kept explaining (they asked for it at every leg of the journey). Hope this helps.

Hey mamas. Just a heads up:
GTBank will likely reduce its international card transaction limits to $1,000 from August 1st. Which technically, is in a few hours.

So you might wanna quickly make last minute transactions while you still got the 2k limit.

Thanks. Did that already. Convinced DH to buy his ticket before the prices increase further. It had added 100 dollars already before he bought.

Pls is it possible to do this blocking from Nigeria or I hv to be physically present in the US.can I do it over the phone?
Also what is 3credit borrow
Lmao. I guess she mean the 3 major Credit "Bureaus" (Experian, Transunion and Equifax).I don't think you can do it from Nigeria though, cos it requires you to provide proof of residence, like bills and stuff and also state issued IDs. But you can call the bureaus and ask them to see if they will make an exception for your case

Hello my people,
I'm trying to book an appointment for my mum; booked one for 7th of sept but wanted to reschedule. My question is if
1. Rescheduling means same thing as canceling. Cos I tried it and a message saying " if I cancel this appointment I'll have to pay another fee to be able to get an appointment again" popped up. But I noticed I didnt even succeed in the rescheduling. My date is till 07/09.
2. Does logging in count as rescheduling too. Because I dont understand what happened o.
Someone that undertands how this rescheduling of appointment should pls explain to me so I dont pay another 46k for nothing. Abeg

[quote author=temyb post=47982647]

@ ayanuke thank u for looking out for me. Am good and the girls are doing great. They are both out of the NICU just last week. Am gathering my testimonies to share letter. My bills are just coming in anyhow but I just comot my eye and focus on God. The hospital is working out something&they would get back to me. For now it's about $400,000&have got plenty follow up with Drs. Can't leave till September or Oct. Left to me I just want to go.home but as they are monitoring us for all appointment I got no choice than to complete their check up.
Did I mention CPS were on my neck,my testimony plenty o. They just closed the case last week on top that my babies came our screaming like a 9month babies&they thought I was on drugs. A nurse called them&CPS stated harassing&threatening to take my babies. It was the shot I took from Nigeria that helped their lungs&I was told to go for urine test. At the long run,God vindicated me&case closed.
God also connected me to a very very caring family that don't know me from Adam. They are Nigerians, got to know them.through a close family. They made their home open for me&the twins without paying a dime. I left where I was paying $1800 per month. They look after the babies&me like they are my parents.
Testimonies are plenty. Still counting sef. God''s grace&mercy is just unlimited. Even as bills are piling up. [/quo

We thank God for grace and pray for more.
Tkia mama, we are praying for you.

For those who travelled recently, how did u go about it? Cos am almost giving up, just told myself by Aug 15, if we can't come up with half d funds needed we might as well cancel this missionary journey. But how do I explain to my baby that her elder brother is a US citizen and she's Nigerian? Black market this night is #380 to $1

Please help if you can, will appreciate any contribution.
