Talking about personality test, I have used Tim Lahaye's ideas as presented in his books ' Opposite attract' and ' Why you act the way you do'. I appreciate the ideas expressed in the post above but I think it is too scientific to require my reading pleasure.
The eye-contact assignment is okay but I think there have no feedback because most of the participants in this thread have not achieved that feeling of community but I believe other ideas can help to foster cooperation. Well done to both of you.

my family members have resigned, they have tried still didn't work.
