Goto a battery shop
They should be able to mod one for u

By mod, I mean they Can cut some sections for the battery they have with them to make it fit into ur phone

The problem is that you have installed malware that is among your system apps. If your phone is rooted and you know what app is causing it, you can remove the app manually. Otherwise you will have to flash a stock or a custom rom.
On the other hand, you could try getting an antivirus from the play store, though I don't know if that will work

My Samsung Galaxy Grandneo plus had a screen crack which was still working fine but yesterday after the touch(screen) was replaced, I noticed my phone hangs as some application icons couldn't open if I click them or screen would go blank if I dialled a number unless I restart the phone.

Seems like a memory problem, you probably have too many apps running at once. One app that could help is greenify. You can get it from the play store

I've experienced it before, although then my phone had ~512mb ram. Are you by any chance using ram expander? If so then you're probably going to have that kind of problem

Nope, the process of flashing a new rom clears all system apps - however if you're installing an ota update (as opposed to flashing stock or custom roms) some oems do not allow updating rooted phones

I removed the external memory & seems better, I further installed Greenify & it got excellent.

I was thinking the guy dat fix d screen didn't fix it well. Before I did those removal & installation, I called him & He said that if d screen wasn't fix well, d fone won't even switch on.

I pray it does not happen again as monitoring d situation closely.
