Delta state today is the most indebted state in Nigeria with N700 billion debt, that's almost N300 billion more than Lagos state's debt, but we can see all over the place what Lagos state did with all their funds and debt, but we can not see 1 single thing Delta state did with decades of allocations, derivations IGRs and billions in NDDC funds.
