What happened in ONDO and EDO election is very unfortunate that people are still buying into scam called "CHANGE" and "APC". Under PDP the nation fared better than this administration. It was clear from the beginning that people voted massively because they were sympathetic of the Buhari and the APC men. It was no LONGER news that APC rigged EDO state and ONDO state election. They bought people's franchise.

This same Akeredolu lost election in ONDO four years ago infact he came third. Mimiko been the incumbent government won massively in that election. The PDP would have won that election if Jegede has had enough time to campaign and rally round the state for votes(which explain why he only won only 2 LGAs), Also the internal party crisis affected their build up and preparation to the 2 states elections.

People are tired of this government don't be deceived. Businesses, Individuals and almost everything flourished under PDP.

If PDP isn't the option now then APC was never, should never and is still not an option either.

With the rigging APC did in Edo, even the devil will shake his head for Buhari and Oshomole. Those Foolish APC nitwit know this but they will keep claiming that people still want a demonic APC government.

Keep on deceiving yourself. As if APC has done or is planning to do anything. PDP was corrupt but they never introduced draconian measures that will fleece and completely kill the poor masses. Let's not forget that it was the PDP government that stopped tole payments, payment for ATM withdrawals, and never bothered about introducing bank charges to the already suffocating masses. But your useless APC which is still as corrupt as PDP, has not done anything since assuming office but are always quick to introduce one form of taxation or another even in the recession which the same APC government caused.

Only foolish bigots with dirty ego will claim APC is better than PDP when it is quite glaring that APC is a disaster, headed by a demonic and devilish tyrant.

I am not hear to argue with u, I have told u my own stance what we need is not PDP or APC........ Both have failed and PDP is worse cos their looting put us in this mess in the first place. The truth is hard to take I understand...... We need a new party, with differnt set of people, not the people that r already in our political arena right on, cos they are all d same.

On a more serious note, some of us are vibrant and insightful youths who have assess all who have shown interest in the office.
All we are doing now is just to appeal to people's consciousness the probable advantages of have Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as Nigerian president. No doubt, a time would come when we shall have a coalition for this cause. But for now, we're all volunteers. Hope I answered your question!

Yet, PDP no do anything when he cam in. He destabilised a stable oil sector, destabilized the banking sector. Now he come dey wonder where to make money. He has messed up the telecom market. Oh 2019, where art though? I have been hearing Atiku Atiku. As much as I don't want next election to exhibit sentiments, Atiku would have been a better president. Tinubu would also agree now.

PDP definitely had its ills but please just go out and say in public that PDP was worse by all standards and see the kind of reaction you will get. The HARDSHIP was never EVER this bad in the previous regime. That is a fact.

Am saying you'd be more productive to society if you channel your energy on something meaningful like joining a protest March.
Writing meaningless articles on Nairaland won't change anything.
You berate Murray Bruce while doing nothing yourself.

Actually, you are misinformed. The fact that he writes these articles draws people's attention to issues because we all know how quickly Nigerians forget. For instance, one idi.ot is campaining for atiku2019 and Nigerians are blaming Buhari like he just came from nowhere and destroyed a great country. LOl. Nigeria has always been crap and will always be crap because of one major reason. It citizens. You forget that these leaders come from the citizenry. They are not from the moon. If the citizenry is bad, the leaders you select will also the bad. Bad citizens = bad leaders = bad country. Good citizens will always bring forth good leaders. It is an indisputable fact. As they say in computer science; Garbage in, garbage out. It will behoove you to start looking inward. It is not by magic that Nigeria has been in existence for more than half a century with no good leader to show for it. The average Nigerian is groomed from birth to be corrupt. What do you think will happen when you decide to select from the pool of corrupt people to be your leader?

Let me school you, since you're literarily begging for it.
In democracy, the only ''genuine'' way people can contest for power is by becoming members political parties.
Now, the law does not prevent members of a political party to cross Over to the other, thus, the room for cross-carpeting or decamping if you prefer that.
Haven said that, the prevailing political parties when Nigeria resumed full democracy in 1998/9 and which have meaningful names and impacts (due respect to others) are a few; PDP, AC, ANPP, and others(I only mentioned those with meaningful impacts as at then). After the election that produced OBJ, they were a lot of aggrieved people who later left their original parties to form others. That trend has continued.

My point Every new party has 80% members of an old party. When you form new party, or try an already existing but powerless party, it takes the power blocs we currently have to cross over to any party and revampe it.
Check the case of AD in the just concluded Ondo election. Even though the party had a candidate, the moment they saw a candidate with greater influence and resources, they dropped their original candidate.
Saying APGA or KOWA or FRESH Party or a brand party becomes the ruling party is like saying, anytime you have a fight with your wife, you marry a new one. Don't forget, same mentality landed us here with these Scammers called APC!
You're welcome! wink wink wink

Meanwhile, Atiku_2019.

Hello, i think u can only critisize bruce if there's something u're doing more than wt he's being doing. Since what u do is just to drop articles here on this forum while he also post comments on twitter; of which i strongly believe dt there's more impact in the latter than the former with respect to the issues we hv on ground.

Endeavour to think abt other senators whose job is to sleep on duty, or remain dumb with no contributions rather than to collect their fat salaries nd allowances at d end of the month.
