Hi everyone, I intend taking delta airline to Dallas and we would have a stop over in Atlanta before heading to Dallas. Please I would like to know if Atlanta would be the point of entry or Dallas so as to decide how many hours stop over I should select at Atlanta. Thank you.

Lol I can't believe the type of questions I see here

It appears to be across all banks. I know of skye bank and I spoke to my AO at GT this morning and the tax clearance thing is across all banks

Good development. Dollar will crash soon. Bank rate is 316. And gbp is 396.

Amen!

The first turn off was when you said you going for graduation of SIL n yet your hubby is not going with you whereas she is your hubby's sister's graduation ceremony.
Secondly you also said you ve never travelled before n you were going to use the opportunity to see you hubby's family for the first time then how come you married to their son n you ve not seen them before.
Thirdly, you said you spending 40 days. Which is too much for a graduation ceremony. You could hv said a week.
Then fourthly please don't apply too soon as it will raise a negative indication making look as if you lied initially at the first interview. N could result to another denial. Please thread carefully. Have a rethink. N seek other opinions. Good luck. Thank you.

Asked because Atlanta to Dallas should be a local flight and most airport international flight and domestic flight departure and arrival point are different so need to know if one would enter officially first at Atlanta then move to the domestic wing for the next flight or the airline takes care of that and your point of entry would be Dallas. This is important as it affects the number of hours stopover you select, buying my ticket online not using an agent so better one knows what to expect.

Oh this is so wrong. Don't bother please. Here is a possible remedy. Give birth here in Nigeria, when the child is a year old, apply for a tourist visa for the both of you, go for tourism purposes and then on the next trip, have the next child. Unless you can spare visa fees, don't reapply even after 3 months.
- 40 days was a red flag. To reappear saying you want to give birth, after that interview, would be another red flag. Now your husband I guess is a US Citizen, another red flag (maybe, maybe not).
Please Kaptain I have pm u need to ask you some questions. Kindly reply. Via my mail. Thank you.

You have already answered your own question.
Atlanta to dallas is a local flight so your point of entry into the US is Atlanta..
Plan your stopover well so as to have enough time to pass thru CBP

you need to be sure of what is going on. I think Delta airlines would almost always make a stop at ATLANTA cos it is their base just like emirates would do to dubai, qatar doha etc so you need to know if you would be transfer right in the airport for the connecting flight to dallas (and not enter into ATL) or everyone has to go through customs before you get on the next flight.

Good morning Amazing people,
I'm an avid reader but silent reader. grin
I've learnt a lot from the members on this forum and I must say - what a treasure trove of information.
That said, I'm an early June mom bound for Houston in mid April with my LO and will stay with family.

If any mum will be in Richmond about the same time, I'd love to meet and keep boredom at bay.

Secondly, has anyone ( pregnant non US citizen) ever travelled with their LO (US citizen) but was denied at POE?
Cheers

Hi MsDenise, i'm houston bound and a late june mum. We could get in touch

Justwise, just renewed visa and stated we are going for vacation at my sister's in NC, but apparently madam is meant to go for childbirth in Houston. is it possible i notify the embassy down the embassy of change in plans. visa is regular B1/B2. as we want to pay for the medical bills before she leaves. You know immigration can be funny at their airport over there.

Please tell madam to go for vacation as stated to avoid embarrassment at POE, notifying the embassy used to have some values not anymore as it has been abused. She has to face some tough questions at POE and more likely to be deported

Hello. I also intend coming to New York later this year to have my baby and I have been making enquiries. I called Lincoln but they said they do not give info like pricing and all over the phone that someone has to come there in person. In the event that you are able to get the required info kindly share with me please. I wont mind info on any other hospital as well in NY. Many thanks.

Hi everyone, i've been a silent reader for a while. I am in NYC (Brooklyn) and I'm looking for affordable hospital here. I've been to Wyckoff heights but they raised their rate to 9.500 VB and 15.000 Cs. Do you know any other hospital i can go to. Thank you everyone.

A referral list of pediatrix or a list of pediatricians? Please clarify. If it's the latter then you choose whichever pediatrician on the list suits you and let the hospital know you have your own pediatrician who will come in to check the baby. This is something you can discuss directly with Dr. Stimage or her nurse Liz.

I did not use any of her referred pediatricians because I wanted someone close to where I was staying so it would be easy to take baby there after discharg (although I did ask if she could recommend any pediatrician in the Irving area, Rachael one her staff gave me one but the fees were high).

It was the pediatrician on call at the hospital that attended to my baby throughout our stay. The group is called pediatrix. The bill came in the mail about a week after discharge. It was 1750dollars or so, I got a discount and paid 868dollars.

Upon discharge I used Irving pediatrics(found them myself online, lovely Arab couple) They charge 75dollars per visit. I paid 50.

Dr. Stimage did babys circumcision a day after his birth. It cost 115. She didn't take off as much skin as in Nigeria but it wasn't bad sha.

Hi Temmyo, sorry to disturb you again. Please how did you go about baby's birth cert, how many days it took and baby's American passport? Thank you!
