I am sure you want your country to be developed so why not imitate developed nations other than seeing corruption as a norm. Is it right for a VP to inspect toilets web a minister of health is already appointed and every state has a ministry of health?

The Minister of Health, for example, was once my Vice Chancellor and I know as smart as he is, pranks and politics won't allow him to act. This man has to take action chap chap before things go out of hand. The mininsters et al they are themselves not clean? The will call blue black. Brother, believe me so well, this man is not only a Professor but a Professor of Law that has a touch of excellence; he knows what he's doing. Do you think the little recovery of dollar was without his impact?

Brother I don't go to my hotels in warri to check the toilets to know the state of my business. That's the job of the manager who in turn hired a cleaner to clean the toilet and I occasionally hire an insider loyal to me to inspect things. I want to know how my organization is run, I check the profit and lose.

If you truly own a hotel ,I expect you to know some basic management principles:
1.Profiit/loss is only on paper today. Tomorrow it may read otherwise.
2.Intuitively, the Reception is the focus of everybody and that is obviously what a careless owner would focus on.
3.Hospitality business is a business of reputation and it only takes a discerning customer to visit a dirty toilet and immediately the memory of a beautiful Reception evaporates.He spreads the bad news ,and like a wild fire reputation is destroyed overnight with obvious spiral effect on your profit.
