Guys i wanto apply as an undergraduate transfer student into one of the universities in USA. Which exams is best to write GRE SAT OR TOEFL?
*modified * i have a GPA of 3.12/4 for my national diploma (ND)
I think the chance of admission is slim for international transfer applicant because there are very limited slots available for this type of admission, and when u consider the time u want to apply, most of if not all the slots must have been fillled up. What stops you from applying as a freshman?

Its obvious you don't plan to attend the school, all you want to do is elope which is fine. This thread is for people that actually want to further their studies not elope. But if my assumptions are wrong, then buckle up and prepare to write those exams. No matter what they might have told you, schooling here without any form of funding is hell except your dad is one of those politicians that have embezzled and destroyed our country Nigeria.I don't expect you to be happy with my post, infact I am not here to make anybody happy, what matters is the truth which in most cases is always bitter but the right way

I don't have any reason to be angry...please if thete are such schools do let me know...whats the minimum exams required for masters degree program?

GRE or No GRE, the standard is you must have the foundational knowledge on which you can build upon, otherwise you'll be asked to take the pre-requisite class. It's common here. Why they gave you a one year duration, only them can tell. However if question arises about your duration at the embassy, just tell them it's an accelerated MBA program. I have friends who signed up for that. It only takes a calendar year but that's three semesters (Fall-Spring-Summer) and they are done.

The problem with Awesu's case is that the offer on his I-20 is 1 year post-bac whereas his admission letter says he's admitted into a MBA program. I've seen a situation where graduate studies was written on the I-20 but the student was told would take some undergrad courses when he starts school. I can't remember the member or his course anymore. If the vo will give him more time, then he should be able to explain his situation better.

Complete your HND and write GRE and TOEFL. Evaluate your results...there you go-grad school.

Hello everyone, please how can one get a GA at ETSU? I have applied for some on the available GA/TS page and also my department. My graduate coordinator is not even replying my mail and still yet to get any GA. i will really appreciate anyone at ESTU that can guide me on how to go about it. I was admitted to Engineering Technology department for fall 2017. I will really appreciate your help as am still very new here.
There is no position available in that department. No matter the tons of email you send. You have to check other departments like you have dropped earlier. Secondly, try to arrive on campus early so you can search one on one.

Write SAT and TOEFL. Get a fresh admission. When you come bring your transcript and course description, if it tallies, some would be waived for you.

With his OND don't you think applying as a transfer student would be better than afresh? I think applying as a graduate student would give him a better chance than as an undergrad student but this is only possible after he had finished his HND.

Transfer or no transfer. You can always get your desired courses waived in as much as the course content and description matches the ones needed to be waived

FAFSA itself is self explanatory. You either have to be a US citizen or someone who is a US citizen (with good credit score history) stands as a beneficiary/reference for you. There is no 2 ways about it. An international student with no US citizen referee is NOT eligible

The number 1 question is.. are you a US citizen or you have green card? FAFSA is for citizens/green card holders. But there are other loans you can access as an international student but you need a green card holder to co-sign for you

This is wrong..International student cant access FAFSA to the best of my knowledge even if Trump cosigns for you..Its illegal. ''To qualify for federal student aid, certain eligible noncitizens must be able to provide evidence from the USCIS that they are in the United States for other than a temporary purpose with the intention of becoming a U.S. citizen or permanent resident''

Like others have told you, you've to be a US citizen or a green card holder to be eligible. If you're, then it's easily done by applying for it online before a new academic year starts. Your tuition/year determines how much your school approved for you.

Yes, after filling in your household info, previous year tax return, submit and approved, your school will send you to a financial aid verification page where you attach any applicable document about your citizenship or immigration.

OK bro. I was reading about FAFSA sometime and I guess I mistook it for other accessible loans for international students with the aid of US citizens as cosigners

Probably you were talking about direct PLUS loan which can be taken by parents of a non-citizen or citizen dependent. The non-citizen dependent must still fall into one this categories to qualify.

Graduate Record Exam (GRE). Yes its only for graduate admissions if you are applying to schools. Although, it might be used for other reasons such as employments into some companies
