Im lucky to be one of the those who didnt have ms, no puking or spitting..well, till today. So I woke up spotting and I freaked out, because I never experienced any such thing in my previous pregnancies or since this pregnancy, and the spotting persisted, we decided to go get checked out at the hospital. When we got there, we waited to be called in, then this other preggo lady walked in and sat beside me with her toddler, I noticed she was spitting in a small bottle, she dropped the bottle and was making a call, next thing I see is her kid with her bottle gulping down her full bottle of spittle, i was like noo dont do that, alerting the mom, and all she could do was laugh and say "dont mind her, she does that all the time" and continued her call, was so puke inducing, I cldnt help it, I just ran to the rest room and puked, replaying it now is making me want to puke again, yikes. I just read this, its freaking disgusting... She is even happily saying it like its one food..The child will come and be behaving like one slowpoke now,the will now be blaming village people.. 2 Likes |

It depends on the number of + behind it.
High glucose is indicative but not conclusively of gestational diabetes.
You might want to ease off carbonated drinks and high carbs.

Hehe let me rant small...hmmm motherhood is not easy oo but its all worth it. Alhamdulilah for making me a mother..Big kudos to all mothers out there.
After going through labour and delivery one will come and be dealing with boobs engorgement.. pls maamas how do u deal with engorgement and milk draining.. I have finished a pack of 50 disposable breast pad am on the second one now which is almost finished..My baby doesn't drink much..she only takes little at intervals... I keep washing bra day and night and sometimes I have to change top like two times b4 nightfalls.. The smell of b.milk is not nice at all..

Good to know you are fine mama. Sanitary pad in the list is not only for postnatal delivery, they also use it in cleaning the baby and some nurses even use it to clean your womb i think... They needed the pure cotton pads which are always the ones we know. You can switch to the usual sanitary pad after getting home and you know your flow has reduced drastically. for the wipes, I have used anyone I see like nycil, and the likes for my kids. See i thought it was only me. Spitting disgusts me normally. If you see the dirty eye I use to look at people who spit on the road. Hubs used to make fun of me that I'll spit during pregnancy but thank God he didn't give me that cross cos I for dey irritate myself. peggygee:

Don't worry the doctor might send you for an OGTT test to monitor your glucose level for 2hours. Just be ready for needles and peeing in cup for every 30mins. Ify15:

After so much procastination I decided to carry my big chest to register ANC today,Chai I just dey waka up and down it got to a stage I told one of d nurses make she give give me 10min cos I dey hungry....
Urine tested + to protein and after thinking all dis while I be blood group A RH+ I realised I be O RH+…
My PCV was also kinda low 29%(liver and ugu go hear am) was also give my 1st Tetanus injection....

Please senior Mamas our safe is Amoxyl usage? I was given d drug with dissolvable Vitc and some other drugs+ wen is the right time to take d 2nd TT shot? Was ask to come back in 4wks time |

We thank God for the provisions so far and we pray that for those still waiting on God for financial provisions, God will open doors of financial abundance for us IJN.
We use those whose LOs have turned to cephalic as point of contact and pray before 35 weeks, all #TeamJuly LOs will be in cephalic position IJN.
We pray for those with low PCV, high bp, unnecessary contraction, body pain, swollen body part, e.t.c that God almighty will perfect all that concerns us and give us needed strength and good health IJN.
